I did a deposit on mrgreen over a week ago for 5000,- dkk and placed 2 or 3 bets, which won and I therefore wanted to withdraw 9931,- dkk..
My deposit was with skrill and on there site it said handling time was 2 hours and money should arrive instan.. After that I went to wait 2 hours, but when I logged in again suddenly my account was in negative with my withdrawal 9931 dkk, even though it said on their site my withdrawal was proceeding.
I then went to the live support, which told me there was no problem and my withdrawal should be sent soon. After that I waited 5-6 hours more and tried to login to my account, which suddenly said my account was tempoary disabled. I therefor contacted live support again, which told me they didn't understand why.
Next day I recived an email saying that they where investigating my account and therefore my account would be disabled until that.. Which I guess is fair enough, but why?
Next day again, I went to live support which told me the payment team asked for me to send in documentation (id, bank statement) which was sent same day. For them to proceed my payment and open my account.
Later I again went to support, which told me they would keep my account locked for now, but when documents would be accepted my payment would proceed.
Next day I AGAIN went to live support. Got told my account would be reopened when documents was confirmed, but my money locked until investigation is done.
Same day I receieve a email from mr.green payment team which saying they tried to proceed my withdrawal but they weren't able to since, they didn't have any place to sent my withdrawal which is a lie, I already did withdraw once and already sent documents... But they asked for my ID again and last 6 month bank statement, which I sent.
Later I again went to live support.. Got told NO investigation is on my account, but have been, but my account will be reopened when its done with verfication.
Next day I again went to live support, saying my documents was confirmed and they didn't understand why I couldn't login to my account, but was still a investigation on my account??? Got told I would hear from them within 24 hours, but never did.
Over the last week, I got told multipel things by livesupport and support on phone. All diffrent reviews on my account.. All I want is so clarification on what is going on and why my money isn't proceeded even though payment team asked for documents, which I got documented on email was confirmed.
I have documention on everything.
