Dear Mr Green,
I have provided you with all the necessary documents you wanted. A photo with my face next to my ID, photo of my bankcard, even a photo of my driving license next to my face. And last but not least A PDF Document with my bankstatement as you demanded. Its been a week since i sent these to you and i havent received anything from you. I find it unjustly wrong to block someones account and hold his or her winnings... The funniest thing about this is i have been verified and after i won about 400 euro’s and i withdrew that i had to verify again. I do understand why but you Guys are not communicating with me. You blocked my account, i have been about 9 times now in the live chat and all they say is i Will tell them to forward your case but still havent got anything back from you... my tickets are : 1392043 and 1380621.
I would like to resolve this as soon as possible. Hope AskGamblers could help me with this🙏
