Withdrawal withheld

I have contacted Mr Bet several times regarding my withdrawal, but I keep receiving the same excuse about how busy they are.

I have been waiting for my ~€175 withdrawal since September 16, 2026, despite their advertised 72-hour withdrawal timeframe.

Every time I contact support, I receive the same response, with no clear explanation for the delay or any indication of when I will receive my money.

I have made withdrawals successfully in the past, so I have never experienced an issue like this before. This delay is unacceptable, and I would like Mr Bet to process my withdrawal as soon as possible or provide a clear and honest explanation for why it is being delayed.

I’ve requested for a withdrawal worth $745.96 on September 16, 2026 and until now it is pending.

I’ve chatted multiple times with them and they kept saying to just keep waiting and it will be processed Usually it only take them 5days to deposit the money but now, it is almost a month and still nothing.

I have made a withdrawal request for 500$ since 9 days now and it still not process. It suppose to be 2 days maximum. When I talk to the chat, they always say the same things, a lot of request from players made a delayed...

It is the second time that happen for me.

I don't know what to do and they say that is a "normal" issues.

I made a withdrawal request on 4th October 2026 for 200€ on Mr.Bet Casino. Mr.Bet claims on it's website that withdrawals are being processed within 48 hours. Well I'm waiting since 1 week but nothing happens.

I've asked the support 2 times for the reason and they say that they have a lot of requests in their system at the moment which causes the delay.

My account is fully verified and I don't have any bonus money active and followed their rules while playing slots.

I'd be very glad if you could somehow help me to make them process my cash out request.

I have been waiting nearly 5 days for my 5000 withdrawal (which is now 4000, as I've reversed 1000 to see if they'll process a smaller sum faster, as they have done in the past when I was able to purchase a fast withdrawal from the shop they have)

I get the same message every time I contact the support team for an update, and I'm getting sick of it.

Hi, I’m having an issue with Mr. Bet; they are dragging their feet on a withdrawal of 1,800 PLN. I’ve had the account for nearly two years, and it is verified. Communication with Mr. Bet consists only of the same canned response about the department working hard, etc. I submitted the request on September 24, 2026, and I still haven't received the money. They used to pay out within five days, but now it’s taking far too long, and there’s nothing I can do—nor can I get a concrete answer as to when the funds will be released

BI am submitting a formal complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal of 350,000 CLP at Mr. Bet Casino.

I requested this withdrawal via bank transfer on Monday, September 21, at 13:08. It is important to highlight that this withdrawal was requested to the exact same bank account that I previously used to deposit funds into the casino, fully complying with standard anti-fraud policies.

According to the casino's support team, the delay is due to a high volume of manual reviews. Furthermore, their support managers (Miria, Lilly, and Arthur) have explicitly confirmed via email and live chat that my account does not require any further identity verification (KYC) at this moment and that there are no errors on my profile.

As instructed by their agents, I have strictly maintained the necessary balance in my account to ensure the transaction can clear without issues. However, the withdrawal has been stuck as "pending" for over a week, well past their standard 48-hour processing window, and I have not received any concrete timeline for the release of my funds.

I request the mediation of this platform to help expedite the processing and approval of my legitimate withdrawal. I have attached screenshots of my conversations with support and their official emails as evidence.
