Withdrawal rejections; pending withdrawal
On 10 October I requested a withdrawal of CLP $400,000 from Mr Bet casino, and I checked every day without receiving any reply at all. On 23 October I deposited CLP $10,000 into my account and did not play anything whatsoever; then on 24 October, when I logged in to check the status of my withdrawal, I discovered that it had been rejected. I tried to re‑request the same CLP $400,000 withdrawal, but the app would not allow me to do so. I contacted customer service approximately five times, and each time I received a different explanation: first they claimed I had played and that my balance had decreased, so I sent screenshots proving that I had not played; then they said that a previous bonus had been incorrectly applied; they kept insisting that I had played and that this was why my balance was lower, and later they told me I had an active bonus, which is impossible because I only made that deposit and never accepted any bonus at all; they also mentioned that they had corrected my bets, saying they had made a mistake and that my balance was actually lower — something that never appeared that way on the app; and finally they stated that depositing that CLP $10,000 had automatically triggered a minimum wagering requirement of CLP $20,000, which I protested because I never agreed to accept any bonus. After all these complaints, I was only able to request withdrawals for CLP $300,000 and CLP $72,000. They claimed they had applied a 10 % fee because I had not completed the required playthrough, and I protested that this fee should have applied only to the CLP $10,000 deposit rather than to my original CLP $400,000 withdrawal. I have been playing at this casino for years, and I find this behaviour absolutely outrageous. Since 24 October I have been waiting for these two withdrawal requests to be processed, and to date they only tell me that they are “in progress”. I am afraid they may reduce my balance again. According to their policy, withdrawals should take no longer than 48 hours. I understand there may be some delays, but waiting nearly one month is completely unacceptable. I urgently request that they process and pay out both of my pending withdrawals immediately
