Withdrawal issue for 1700 euro

I am a fully verified user of Mr.Bet, having completed the required address proof, identity verification, and payment method validation processes. These verifications were confirmed via messages from Mr.Bet’s support team (e.g. 2024-05-16 4:03 p.m Hungarian time)

Recently, I attempted to withdraw 700,000 Huf (1,700 euros) from my account. However, I was unexpectedly required to re-verify my payment method using a bank statement from this week 2024. In compliance with this request, I am trying to uploaded an official bank statement from my online banking account in PDF format. This document clearly displayed all the necessary details, including my name, account information, and the transaction in question. But there is no way to upload it. I have talked to chat asking for help but they tell me there is nothing they can do.

Despite my efforts to get this resolved, Mr.Bet has repeatedly put up road blocks, stating that my account is not verified and please upload your documents to the verification tab.

This situation has left me sick and frustrated, as I have provided a legitimate document that previously was accepted without issue.

I urge your office to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that Mr.Bet adheres to fair and transparent practices. It is vital that customers like myself are not subjected to such arbitrary and obstructive behavior when attempting to withdraw our funds.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

Hi ask gamblers,

Yes mr.bet has resolved this. However, I would like to point out to anyone, who reads this they way mr.bet can just change your account unverified when it is fully verified. Is beyond comprehension, they are pulling tricks here and their live chat is like bots and kick you from one person to the other.

While my issues is resolved, I am sure they are doing this to many people. This is not how a casino show act. The KYC verification is normal yes l, but if you passed this and nothing changed on the gamblers end then why are people jumping through hoops for their payouts. Really disappointed with this casino

Mr. Bet Casino - Withdrawal delayed
I wanted to share my experience with Mr.Bet Casino because the way they are handling my withdrawal is becoming seriously concerning.

I requested a withdrawal of $4,500 NZD around 70 hours ago. Mr.Bet's website states that withdrawals are processed within up to 48 hours, so we're now well beyond their own advertised timeframe.

I've contacted support multiple times and they've been extremely unhelpful. They won't provide any meaningful explanation for the delay and, despite the withdrawal already exceeding 48 hours, they've refused to escalate it.

What makes this even more frustrating is the verification situation.

Support has told me that my account may need to be verified when they process the withdrawal. That's completely fine - I'm more than happy to provide whatever documents they need.

Because verification apparently has another processing timeframe of up to 48 hours, I've repeatedly asked them to open verification on my account now so I can get it completed while I'm waiting.

They've refused.

So I'm effectively sitting here waiting indefinitely for the withdrawal, knowing they could eventually decide verification is required and potentially add another 48-hour delay - despite me actively trying to complete it in advance.

The whole situation leaves a really bad taste in my mouth. When a casino holds a withdrawal beyond its advertised timeframe, refuses to escalate it, warns that verification might cause another delay, and then won't actually let the customer complete that verification proactively, it's difficult not to question why.

It creates the impression that the withdrawal is being unnecessarily delayed while the money remains within the gambling platform, where there's always the possibility that a customer cancels the withdrawal and gambles it away.

I'm not claiming I can prove that's what Mr.Bet is intentionally doing, but their handling of this withdrawal certainly makes me concerned about it.

At this point it's been 70+ hours for a $4,500 NZD withdrawal that they say should take up to 48 hours, and support seemingly has no interest in resolving or escalating it.

I'll update this post with what happens next, including how long it ultimately takes to receive the money and whether they suddenly request verification after making me wait this long.
