In the last month making payouts was not really a problem, until now.
My account was already fully verified.
On 11.06 i used a new payment method, a credit card, I deposited via Apple Pay.
Now mr.bet want to verify this payment method, which is okay. They asked for a bank statement where my name and the deposit amount of €500 is visible.
I provided that, and not just that, I provided screenshots from my online banking and from the Apple Pay transaction too.
They didn’t accept it, since in their opinion there is a problem with the payment date. So the €500 payment clearly was made on 11.06. the screenshots prove this.
Now in the office bank statement is written the 12.06 as the date of the transaction. This is the valutadate and it’s not my fault that the bank booked this money just one day later.
Now I’m waiting for 3 days now to receive my payout of €2800.
Everytime I contact the support they tell me to just wait and wait.
I don’t get where the issue is and it’s really frustrating to having these problems over and over again…

We have checked the current status of your account, and it is verified now. As for the withdrawals, one request for 5000 EUR has already been approved from our side and is now "in process" by the payment provider. The remaining balance was played by you yesterday.
