Waiting for more than 4 days for my withdrawal

So I am very disappointed with this casino.

At least as far as the payout methods and speeds are concerned. The customer experience is in need of a major overhaul at this point.

The verification process has been smooth and instant.

The payout process that follows, however, did not.

I have been waiting for more than 4 days for my withdrawal of €850 (now) to be processed, either it is rejected without giving any reason even though I have entered the data correctly or it is stuck in " verification pending" status. And every time the withdrawal is rejected, it has to be resubmitted and the time is delayed again by a day.

The obviously automated mail always just says: withdrawal not possible, please try again or use another withdrawal method.I have tried it 3x via bank transfer (correctly entered in my opinion (and also again from the support to confirm which data belong in the form) - the reason for the rejection I do not know) and now via bitcoin.

On inquiring with support, was always just referred, put off, etc. Always they refer to the billing department.

If they were overloaded and all processes would happen manually, it would have come to no rejection, because this would have to be triggered manually also !?

I am currently still waiting for my payout to the method Bitcoin of request ID 39006235 and no one can tell me the exact status. Promised feedback from the billing department that should show me the reasons there was also not yet

I am really afraid that I will not see my money anymore;-((

But I have to say that the support/chat staff can't do anything about it (they are always very friendly and try hard - they just can't do anything), but I find it a bit strange that there is no direct line from them to the billing department for clarification cases.

I am very curious about how my case will be solved. If the case is solved then;-(

Mr. Bet Casino - Withdrawal delayed
I wanted to share my experience with Mr.Bet Casino because the way they are handling my withdrawal is becoming seriously concerning.

I requested a withdrawal of $4,500 NZD around 70 hours ago. Mr.Bet's website states that withdrawals are processed within up to 48 hours, so we're now well beyond their own advertised timeframe.

I've contacted support multiple times and they've been extremely unhelpful. They won't provide any meaningful explanation for the delay and, despite the withdrawal already exceeding 48 hours, they've refused to escalate it.

What makes this even more frustrating is the verification situation.

Support has told me that my account may need to be verified when they process the withdrawal. That's completely fine - I'm more than happy to provide whatever documents they need.

Because verification apparently has another processing timeframe of up to 48 hours, I've repeatedly asked them to open verification on my account now so I can get it completed while I'm waiting.

They've refused.

So I'm effectively sitting here waiting indefinitely for the withdrawal, knowing they could eventually decide verification is required and potentially add another 48-hour delay - despite me actively trying to complete it in advance.

The whole situation leaves a really bad taste in my mouth. When a casino holds a withdrawal beyond its advertised timeframe, refuses to escalate it, warns that verification might cause another delay, and then won't actually let the customer complete that verification proactively, it's difficult not to question why.

It creates the impression that the withdrawal is being unnecessarily delayed while the money remains within the gambling platform, where there's always the possibility that a customer cancels the withdrawal and gambles it away.

I'm not claiming I can prove that's what Mr.Bet is intentionally doing, but their handling of this withdrawal certainly makes me concerned about it.

At this point it's been 70+ hours for a $4,500 NZD withdrawal that they say should take up to 48 hours, and support seemingly has no interest in resolving or escalating it.

I'll update this post with what happens next, including how long it ultimately takes to receive the money and whether they suddenly request verification after making me wait this long.
