I won $2000 and after multiple withdrawals, I was asked to complete the verification process. I sent in everything they need and after 5 days, still under review. Note that the casino indicates a timeline of max. 48 hours for this process. I have not changed or added new information to my account since I created it so this should be straightforward.

Please note that the user was successfully verified by us and his withdrawal request for 1500 CAD was also processed by us on that day and is now in the status of ‘success’
The user has no other withdrawal requests.
