Won $1.6k nzd on mr bet.

48 hours after creating a withdraw they asked me to verify my account.

I supplied the documents and 48 hours later get told my id photo was clear enough and my proof of address was not valid.

Fair enough, so have submitted new documents.

It has now been over 80 hours and still no response if my documents have passed verification.

I ask support about the status regarding verification but they cannot help has they seem to not have any insight into that department.

Just would wish that verification took quicker and does feel like mr bet casino is purposely delaying any way possible so they do not have to pay out my winnings.

Hopefully this issue can get sorted and I can withdraw my winnings.

Correct. Although the process was long and stressful I have received my money.

Mr Bet if I could give some feedback I think your website could be a really reliable gambling site. You guys just need to hire some more workers to help customers get verified and withdraw funds faster.

Long wait times can be stressful for customers.

Update. Account was verified yesterday which is great to see. I received a message saying they had verified my account and processed my withdraw.

Then a couple hours later my withdraw got declined. I asked support and they said it was due to ‘technical problems’.

I asked them what I should do and they said they will pass my problem on and message me once there is a solution.

24 hours on and still no message back to solve my withdraw problem.

I have created a new withdrawal to etherium and hopefully this one works this time. Will let you know.

Mr Bet a week has passed since my withdrawal request

I requested a withdrawal of $500 CAD on August 6, 2026.
It is August 13, 2026 and she still has not been processed.
When I contact the service, they keep repeating over and over again to be patient.
I asked to contact someone who will not automatically reply to me without success.
I have been a customer for several years and the withdrawal time has never exceeded 3 days before. That makes 7 now.
Maybe if I make a complaint, things will finally move.
My account is verified.

I am filing this complaint against Mr.Bet Casino due to an unjustified delay in processing my withdrawal. I was explicitly told by their support team that my withdrawal would be processed within a 48-hour timeframe. However, that time has already passed, and my funds are still pending.

I am particularly concerned because I had a similar negative experience in the past where a deliberately prolonged verification process caused me to cancel my withdrawal and lose my winnings. It feels like this is another delay tactic. I want to make it absolutely clear that I will not fall for this again, and I will not cancel this withdrawal under any circumstances.

I kindly request your assistance in getting Mr.Bet to honor their stated processing times and release my funds immediately.

Mr.bet casino has been delaying my withdrawal for 1 week.

The request was added 07.21; now it's 07.28. They don't deny it; it's just sitting under review.

My account was reviewed successfully before.

I contacted them 4 times.

4400 euro, I played with raw cash, no bonuses.

Please take a view about that.

Do not speculate that a customer is gambling it away again. Do what is right, and according to your statement..

I requested a withdrawal on July 8, 2026.

It simply isn't being processed.

After speaking with support, it was confirmed that I have a bank transfer withdrawal pending, but it hasn't been processed due to the high volume of requests.

Verification issues and delay of the withdrawal

I have been trying to withdraw a $4000 win for over two weeks now, and I’m getting the run around with verification issues. I keep getting a variety of errors, and they’re just not true. They’re saying my identification is blurry or unreadable, but it’s fine. Then I tried changing the type of id is submitted, and they said the same thing. Then they needed me to submit a document verifying my address. I think I tried 4 or 5 different things with my address written very clearly on them and they’ve all been rejected. I messaged in the chat and sent emails looking for specifics, but I get them same cut and paste answers every time. I’m getting very frustrated and when I googled this, I found lots of people in the same boat. I found a Reddit that said this site would help be an advocate and fight on my behalf, so I appreciate any help I can get.

1 month account verification delay

Around 1 month ago I won 30.000 dkk in mr bet casino and decided to withdraw. I had to verify my account so I started uploading all kind of requested documents. From payslips to residence proof etc. Everything was verified (according to the casino) except the payment method. As I am using a digital card I didn't have a physical copy to take photos of. However I provided screenshot from the bank app, of the card details (which i know other casinos had approved in the past - but not mr bet). They’ve been asking me for a statement from the bank with the card details and my name on it. I have managed to get that statement, but the bank allows only the last 4 digits of the card to be visible for security reasons. I have also provided that.
After a continuous back and fourth with mr bet, they send me a mail stating: send us the receipt of the payment you did on that day, to that merchant etc and you will be verified.
I also did that. Everything they requested on that receipt was provided. However, again suddenly they roll back in requesting a document that simply cannot exist with my bank.
I ask for help to finalise my verification as they seem to want to keep me in an eternal loop without verifying my account.

Verification and withdrawal delay

I requested a withdrawal on Mr.Bet casino on 3.07.2026 and they proceeded to verification process, they asked for my id, liveness check, proof of adress and payment method (in my case skrill).

When I uploaded the identification method via my id card, it got rejected, so i went for passport instead of id card, and it took a bit longer to process, after that they sent me to payment method proof, and as instructed, the screenshot of skrill account with visible account id, e mail, phone number and adress should be enough to verify, and then I got stuck in a loop of resubmission for 9 days like that info is not enough, then i went for online support on their site, and most of the answers were to wait for their department to do their work, and I got no notification that it has passed or not, and by there elaboration, I had to upload a proof of transaction from skrill to their site, as i did, and still got sent back to resubmit, but to send two files at once (my id info on skrill, and my transaction proof) were impossible since they are two different web pages

Please Ask Gamblers help me verify and withdraw my money from this website.

Hi, i've been having trouble receiving my withdrawl from mr.bet on the 21 of june. I keep on receiving the same generic and automatic answers from their chat and by email i'm not getting any respons at all. They advertise that it takes 12 hours to resolve any withdrawl request with diamond statues.

Withdrawal withheld

I have put in a withdrawal request over 96 hours ago with Mr.Bet casino. I have contacted the chat multiple times with no resolution. I keep getting told that they have a high volume of withdrawals which is taking it longer than usual. I have 30 and 100 free spins sitting on my account but I cannot use them until this withdrawal is processed and one is going to expire in 2 days and the other in 4 days. I’m not sure if that’s the reason why they are with holding payment. I would appreciate your help with this matter as I am getting no reasonable explanation. I have attached my last chat conversation that I had with a Mr.Bet chat operator. I thank you in advance for your help in resolving this issue.
