I was a previously fully verified member of this casino and had made previous deposits/withdrawals with no fuss. I changed my bank and used a different card which I fully understand has to be verified but mrbet is unwilling to do so.
The deposit in question is August 10, I provided a screenshot of the transaction which was denied, I was told it didn't contain my name or account no, this is incorrect as can be seen on the attachment.
I have sent bank statements for my checking and savings accounts and this has also been denied.
At one point I received 2 emails saying my account was verified only for that to be reversed. (see attachments)
I fully believe I have provided more than necessary proof and would like this matter resolved.
