Dear AskGamblers team,

First of all, thank you very much for having a site like yours, I hope you can help me.

I won 51,400 euros at Mr.Bet on August 6th, 2024.

The verification at Mr.Bet is a disaster, the customer service is always nice and friendly and asks me to wait every day.

I have uploaded many documents for verification, all according to the requirements.

I always get an error message when I make the deposit statement, but I am asked not to pay attention to this because the documents are verified twice and I shouldn't be bothered by it.

I ask you to help me, I just want the money that is due to me.

According to our policy (3.3.3), the payment manager may conduct additional verification procedures for cumulative withdrawals exceeding 2,000 EUR (or the equivalent in your currency), and also reserves the right to carry out such procedures for lower payouts. Dear Mr.bet team,

I also understand that you have to go through a verification process. The problem is that I have already uploaded a number of documents and they never meet your requirements, even though I paid attention to everything like:
-not older than 3 months
-All sides clearly visible
-photographed page by page with a good camera

I was recently told that I should now make another change of address, which of course I did...since there is a different address in my profile, this can take up to 28 days, it is incomprehensible to me why it takes so long ( due to moving)....

I was also asked to upload account statements with the deposits from the day in question, no problem, I did it, this didn't meet the requirements either.

-as PDF
-with name and deposit all clearly visible on one page (see pictures)]

According to my bank, it is not possible to get other bank statements with a time because they have a standard and are write-protected and cannot be changed.

I am very, very grateful for this win and would like to. only have the money that is due to me. But I'm not sure if I'll ever get it due to the high and problematic requirements...

The first payment was received today, I hope that the subsequent weekly payments will now go just as smoothly.
