Hi Askgamblers, I have won from this website and have not received my money yet.

I have had a lot of trouble withdrawing my money now. Due to the website verification documents. They say it takes up to 48 hours each time you upload documents.

The first time I uploaded my documents it was not approved due to not very visible picture, but it was visible enough for the KYC website verification to approve it. The second time the same thing happened. Now it is uploading my document with a very visible picture of my passport. and have been waiting for over 1 week now and have not received any information.

I have contacted Customer Service but what they tell me is just the same "Sorry for the delay but we have a lot to do" but I see people withdrawing money from there all the time using withdrawals made at their counter.

Please Ask Gamblers help me withdraw my money from this website.

Got some information now, and of course I am not approved. This is the forth time my document has been denied. It's like they're making up more excuses to pass the time. This this time it was the liveness check that was not approved. see attachment

earlier the user was asked to upload selfie with a proof of identity to the verification page. The verification was rejected today because the user uploaded selfie without a document.

We expect the user to upload selfie with proof of identity in his hand. We see in the system that the user uploaded a document today. Document verification takes up to 48 hours. As soon as there is an update, we will inform you immediately.

I have now sent a selfie where I am holding my passport, very difficult to get everything in one picture. since it was like a liveness check, and then there was no information regarding a selfie with ID. See attachet file. hoping this time my documents will be approved, beacuse i have waited over 3 weeks now. I also hope i get a faster response this time!!!!

håper det går mye raskere å få svar fra dere denne gangen. jeg har venta i over 3 uker på uttaket mitt og er fortsatt der jeg starta. det er som dere drøyer og drøyer med vilje og at det kun er en person som jobber i vefirikasjon avdelingen. prøvde mitt beste å få dokumentet i selfien men var litt vanskelig grunnet ag det egentlig er en face scan. ser frem til svaret deres og håper den blir godkjent denne gangen.!!!😓😓

hope it goes much faster to get an answer from you this time. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for my withdrawal and I am still where I started. It is like you are delaying and delaying on purpose and that there is only one person working in the verification department. tried my best to get the document in the selfie but was a bit difficult due to it being a face scan. looking forward to your answer and hope it gets approved this time.!!!

We are happy to inform you that you have been successfully verified, and the first withdrawal request has been successfully processed by us and is in the status of ‘in process’.

The next withdrawal request will be processed from 27.06 according to the rule 3.6.2. In cases where a Player's total winnings exceed five (5) times the total sum of their deposits, the maximum withdrawal limit of 5,000 EUR (or equivalent in another currency) within a 30-day period.
