I am filing this complaint against Mr.Bet Casino due to an unjustified delay in processing my withdrawal. I was explicitly told by their support team that my withdrawal would be processed within a 48-hour timeframe. However, that time has already passed, and my funds are still pending.
I am particularly concerned because I had a similar negative experience in the past where a deliberately prolonged verification process caused me to cancel my withdrawal and lose my winnings. It feels like this is another delay tactic. I want to make it absolutely clear that I will not fall for this again, and I will not cancel this withdrawal under any circumstances.
I kindly request your assistance in getting Mr.Bet to honor their stated processing times and release my funds immediately.
Thank you for your time and help.
Dear @cotamurillod,
Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.
Please keep in mind that while we can understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lose the validity of your claim against the operator which led to the rejection of the complaint.
And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
I am not disputing what the support agents told me, nor am I disputing that rule 3.7 exists. My complaint is about the ethics and transparency of the system design itself.
Mr.Bet’s defense relies entirely on blaming the player, but it ignores a few critical points:
Warnings Do Not Excuse Unfair Mechanics: Telling a player "your withdrawal is unprotected and mixed with your playable balance" does not justify the casino's refusal to simply lock the funds like a standard, reputable operator.
Misleading Deductions: I intended to use my active bonus balance for shop/loot box interactions. The system confusingly deducted from the real-money balance instead. This lack of clear segregation is what caused the balance to drop and triggered the automatic cancellation.
The "Limits" Argument: A player should not be forced to manually set account restrictions just to protect a pending cashout from the casino's own confusing 48-hour exposure window.
I understand that Mr.Bet will hide behind their Terms and Conditions to justify keeping the funds. However, hiding behind terms does not make a practice fair or transparent.
I maintain that this system is designed to force automatic cancellations. I am still open to resolving this amicably and fairly with the casino, but this complaint stands as a clear public record of how Mr.Bet's withdrawal mechanics operate.
The user agreed to all of the site’s terms and conditions prior to registration. As previously noted, the user repeatedly contacted our support team to expedite the withdrawal process, where he was informed about the processing times and that his funds would remain available for play; he was also told that if his balance fell below a certain amount, the withdrawal requests would be canceled. In one of these chats, the user even stated that he “had no intention of touching his balance.” In other words, the user effectively confirmed that he understood the risks of losing his balance if he continued playing. Additionally, the user had the opportunity to utilize the limits available to him to ensure his own safety. The user also agreed to Rule 3.7 When placing bets, you may lose some or all of the money you have deposited with the Service in accordance with these Terms, and you will be fully responsible for that loss.
Therefore, given the facts outlined above, the user could have chosen not to use their active balance, but they consciously chose to continue playing; consequently, their balance was reduced, and their withdrawal requests were canceled.
