Unfairly setting limits on the available amount to withdraw

Yesterday i registred an account on mr.bet.

I did not accept any bonuses, as I only want to play for my own deposits. I've deposit a few times, a totally amount of 1200 SEK, i think.

I have rolled over my deposits more than once, while playing mostly black jack and roulette, and some other games.

At this time I have 1000 SEK left in my account as I want to withdraw, but Mr.Bet is not accepting me to do that. They say I can only withdraw 550 SEK.

I have now tired to chat with the customer support with no luck. At first she tells me to wager on slots to withdraw more money.

Why do i need to play slots for withdrawing my own money???

As I said. I have not accepted any bonuses, have only played for my own, real money, and have not lost 450 sek on anything thats not letting me withdraw them.

I am not satisfied at all. And yes, I accept the 10% fee thing on all withdrawals, as I do not want to play slots. All I want is to be able to withdraw my own deposited money thats left in my account, (1000 SEK) That is mine!!!

How can you lock 450 sek for me that i have deposit, and not lost?

You received a bonus as a reward for reaching a new level. You requested our support agent to remove that bonus as it had wagering requirements.

When you contacted our online help with complaints about your withdrawal, our support agent informed you about the wagering requirements in details. Furthermore, we also informed you about wagering requirements as well as other players in the Terms and Conditions which you accepted upon registration.

At the moment you have 1000 SEK on your game balance. You had been using your funds in Black Jack and Roulette. However, these games do not count in the wagering requirements.

You have requested a withdrawal already. According to the Terms and Conditions, it takes 1-3 business days to process your request. Your withdrawal comes with the fee of 10% because of the condition 3.3.5 of our Terms and Conditions.

3.3.5. Each player's deposit must be wagered twice before account money can be withdrawn without fees. That means that a player must make bets for an amount of no less than the deposit amount multiplied by two. If a player requests a withdrawal before deposit wagering requirements have been met, withdrawable money will suffer a 10% fee.

We would be glad to speed up your withdrawal request to improve your gaming experience in our casino!

PS: ”As of right now, all your funds are being paid, please let us know if there will be any other issues”

Mr. Bet Casino - Withdrawal delayed
I wanted to share my experience with Mr.Bet Casino because the way they are handling my withdrawal is becoming seriously concerning.

I requested a withdrawal of $4,500 NZD around 70 hours ago. Mr.Bet's website states that withdrawals are processed within up to 48 hours, so we're now well beyond their own advertised timeframe.

I've contacted support multiple times and they've been extremely unhelpful. They won't provide any meaningful explanation for the delay and, despite the withdrawal already exceeding 48 hours, they've refused to escalate it.

What makes this even more frustrating is the verification situation.

Support has told me that my account may need to be verified when they process the withdrawal. That's completely fine - I'm more than happy to provide whatever documents they need.

Because verification apparently has another processing timeframe of up to 48 hours, I've repeatedly asked them to open verification on my account now so I can get it completed while I'm waiting.

They've refused.

So I'm effectively sitting here waiting indefinitely for the withdrawal, knowing they could eventually decide verification is required and potentially add another 48-hour delay - despite me actively trying to complete it in advance.

The whole situation leaves a really bad taste in my mouth. When a casino holds a withdrawal beyond its advertised timeframe, refuses to escalate it, warns that verification might cause another delay, and then won't actually let the customer complete that verification proactively, it's difficult not to question why.

It creates the impression that the withdrawal is being unnecessarily delayed while the money remains within the gambling platform, where there's always the possibility that a customer cancels the withdrawal and gambles it away.

I'm not claiming I can prove that's what Mr.Bet is intentionally doing, but their handling of this withdrawal certainly makes me concerned about it.

At this point it's been 70+ hours for a $4,500 NZD withdrawal that they say should take up to 48 hours, and support seemingly has no interest in resolving or escalating it.

I'll update this post with what happens next, including how long it ultimately takes to receive the money and whether they suddenly request verification after making me wait this long.
