I have already verified my identity and my banking information. I’ve withdrawn 1000+ dollars multiple times but a few months ago I won 3000$ in one spin and now they have asked me to verify my banking information AGAIN which I have done over 30 times, the photos were provided in both jpeg and pdf formats containing all necessary information but they reject them every time and will not process my withdrawal. I am at my wits end with this casino because they email me every single day trying to get me to spend the money… now their support team won’t even answer me. Please help I’ve been trying to get this money for over 2 months.

So it’s been over 7 days and they just sent me another email saying the same thing… give us 24-48 hours… then they will go on to reject the documents and give me no reason as to why.

They’re they go saying the same thing AGAIN. Hopefully taking this public will get my ”verification” 😂 done. Ive been waiting for over 2 months now for this withdrawal…

Here are the documents, as you can see my name is clearly on them. High quality colour pdf format and they will go on to ask for the time which isn’t even in the conditions. Nor is it possible to see the time of transfer.

They have rejected them once again and have not given any reason as to why. They won’t even answer my messages to support…. The one reply I got in the chat was followed up by them rejecting the documents

This is what happens, they send an email stating the documents are rejected yet in support chat they say they are still being checked. Then there is no follow up from them.

Once again rejected but they’re saying they’re still being reviewed. This is attempt number 35 to verify my banking info.

Now they are trying to say my documents are inadequate which they very clearly are not. They are asking for the time and that information cannot be provided by any bank… the e-transfer details clearly show everything necessary to prove my banking info.

So correct me if I’m wrong but this is out of line and clearly them refusing to verify my account even with the proper documentation.
