Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to lodge a complaint about the Mr. Bet Casino. The following reason: I won an amount of 1500 euros in March 2024 which I paid out. However, my bank refused this amount so they transferred it back to the casino. Since then I have been waiting for the refund to my player account for four months. The multiple attempts in live chat or via email fail because I only get one message: they have forwarded it to the relevant department and I should wait: I've been playing there for years and have always been satisfied, but that's beyond my patience. I ask for help
