Payment delayed or not being paid

On the very page of Mr.Bet it says it's policy is that withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours (meaning under 24 hours), but it has been like 40 hours and I have still to see anything happen on my account. I won't even go into how none of their 4 bonuses I deposited money for actually worked in my region and received no compensation or different bonuses for that. Anyway, I have all the receipts, images and transcripts with the live customer support if you need them I can send more of them to you to further prove my case if you need them. This is not the first time i have experienced problems with this casino.

This is what I withdrew and when:

Approximately at 20:00pm 13.05.22 € 390.00 (31410128 handling number)

Approximately at 20:00pm 13.05.22 € 450.00 (31410120 handling number)

It was a single 840 euro chunk, but they divided it in two parts for some reason.

Now it is 15.05.22 and 12:06pm here in my country as i send this message.

Their live casino customer service helper said to me yesterday late evening that my withdrawal would be processed first thing in the morning, well now it's 12:06pm and it's no longer the morning, it's noon. It means they lied to me on top of everything. The Mr.Bet customer service experience has not been good or useful in any way if ill put it so mildly. I am imploring you to intervene in this issue so I might actually be paid my 840 euros as soon as possible since it seems that they are just giving me excuse after excuse not to pay or delay my winnings. I will add images of the saved online support/customer service chat logs with 3 different support people, each of whom tells a different story kinda contradicting each other and lying. One of them called Julia made an actual promise that my issue will be checked first thing in the morning. I do apologize for kinda losing my temper with the online support customer service people due to their changing stories and telling me empty platitudes and falsehoods, but most of all not being helpful at all. I was proven correct that they won't pay even by morning unlike that Julia customer service claimed.

Please help me AskGamblers, you are my only hope! Pretty please...

Mr. Bet Casino - Withdrawal delayed
I wanted to share my experience with Mr.Bet Casino because the way they are handling my withdrawal is becoming seriously concerning.

I requested a withdrawal of $4,500 NZD around 70 hours ago. Mr.Bet's website states that withdrawals are processed within up to 48 hours, so we're now well beyond their own advertised timeframe.

I've contacted support multiple times and they've been extremely unhelpful. They won't provide any meaningful explanation for the delay and, despite the withdrawal already exceeding 48 hours, they've refused to escalate it.

What makes this even more frustrating is the verification situation.

Support has told me that my account may need to be verified when they process the withdrawal. That's completely fine - I'm more than happy to provide whatever documents they need.

Because verification apparently has another processing timeframe of up to 48 hours, I've repeatedly asked them to open verification on my account now so I can get it completed while I'm waiting.

They've refused.

So I'm effectively sitting here waiting indefinitely for the withdrawal, knowing they could eventually decide verification is required and potentially add another 48-hour delay - despite me actively trying to complete it in advance.

The whole situation leaves a really bad taste in my mouth. When a casino holds a withdrawal beyond its advertised timeframe, refuses to escalate it, warns that verification might cause another delay, and then won't actually let the customer complete that verification proactively, it's difficult not to question why.

It creates the impression that the withdrawal is being unnecessarily delayed while the money remains within the gambling platform, where there's always the possibility that a customer cancels the withdrawal and gambles it away.

I'm not claiming I can prove that's what Mr.Bet is intentionally doing, but their handling of this withdrawal certainly makes me concerned about it.

At this point it's been 70+ hours for a $4,500 NZD withdrawal that they say should take up to 48 hours, and support seemingly has no interest in resolving or escalating it.

I'll update this post with what happens next, including how long it ultimately takes to receive the money and whether they suddenly request verification after making me wait this long.
