On 07.03. I get the information that my documents are not verified due to problems with the invoice. Than I send them 4 invoices (including a document from the state as they requested because of problems with the older utility bill). On 08.03. I have to send other selfies and I done it. One day later I found in email account a utility invoice, which is newer than three months and I send this to the support too.
The support tells me that I will get an answer latest on Monday, but on Monday they tell me that they will proof it "soon" or "tomorrow".
I can't understand why the casino needs 10 days to proceed a withdrawal request. Also everybody in their support team tells other things so that you don't know which statement applies.
