I have a huge problem with the verification of my account. Till about 14 days I am sending more and more photos of my passport. I have a new mobile phone, I use the highest pixel resolution. All photos are high quality, of course, the written parts can be read perfectly.
It doesn't matter, which photo I send, all photos have been rejected yet.
I contacted the support chat and email support several times to get help. All I ever received were copied text modules.
The only information I could get from Mr.Bet (after about 14 days!!) is, that the quality of the photos is too low. I am NOT new to making photos, but I do not know, what I could send better, than the photos I sent.
I am sending you some of the photos I sent in the past few days.
I hope you can help me.
My account has a credit of about 900,00 Euro and I would like to withdraw them.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Mr.Bet Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
We're currently awaiting an update from the regulator regarding the evidence provided for the violation. They'll review the proofs and provide us with a conclusion. We'll keep you posted once we have more information.
