I requested a withdrawal of $80,000 CAD from my MrBet account on May 2, 2025. The deposit of $55.42 CAD was made via Interac on May 1. I provided all documents requested:

• A valid official bank statement (PDF), with full name, account number, and matching deposit

• Screenshots with all four corners visible

• No stains, highlights, or missing data


MrBet support keeps rejecting my documents without explaining the issue, using repeated automated responses. I even sent a formal legal ultimatum letter. They are stalling and preventing me from accessing my legal funds.


Attached are:

• My bank statement

• Screenshot of my account balance

• Copies of the conversation

• The legal notice I sent


Please help me force MrBet to complete the verification and process my withdrawal.

Since then my account has been verified and I received a first withdrawal of $4500. But they are limiting me at $7500 per month so I requested a new withdrawal of 3000 to complete the limit. If they are in any kind of way making things complicated I will go through with my attorney which I have a scheduled appointment tomorrow at 3 PM Eastern time

We ask the user to pay attention to rule 3.6.2 In cases where a Player's total winnings exceed five (5) times the total sum of their deposits, maximum withdrawal limit of 5,000 EUR (or equivalent in another currency) within a 30-day period.
