I made a deposit with $160.00 CAD ETH crypto using their payment processor, I believe calypso pay. on Dec 06,2022 at 6:49Pm to the wallet address that was provided in the amount requested in the pop up window. Funds were transferred and completed using my Coinbase account. Fund did not show up and they said it was a technical error on their end. Each day I'm trying to get resolution for this problem between them and their payment processor however, I keep getting the same Bot support response of the matter is with the appropriate dept. I must wait. This is not the first time deposits are delayed but only for a week. Now going on 3 weeks and while they are trying to figure out what happened my crypto value is going down. I just want them to provide resolution since this is not user error but an error in their payment system.
