Delaying verification

On Aug. 01 I had a winning of more than 6k I tried to withdraw it like I normally do on my winnings before, but unfortunately I wasn't able to do it because all of the sudden they requested for my verification, which I'm sure I have submitted and did this one before, and like I said I had no issues depositing and getting my winnings before (less then 1k). Going forward from I have submitted all the requested documents followed the instructions, got denied at first, resent my documents again and fixed the issue for the 2nd time, denied again, after 7days I got really really confused as why it keeps being denied, til aug 07, aug 08 and now aug 11, I been asking what's the problem and they keep on telling me the same reason, I have submitted the following to verify my address.
Bank statement (pdf and screen shot)
Home insurance (pdf)
Car insurance (pdf)
Drivers license with my address (screenshot)
Phone bill (pdf)
And internet bill (pdf)
Plus the interact transaction they requested (screenshot)

I was patiently re submitting all the docs not til I noticed they have been giving me all the same reasons and I requesting to contact and talk to then on the phone but it is not available, all chat support are giving me the same answers and just re submitting me the list of the documents and saying it's not valid.
Then in their website once after you submitted a docs the automated reply is failed which adds to the frustration but then the support team says it's not an issue and it's on process but then it keeps on being denied.

Now that my winnings is more than $10k they are making it impossible for me to withdraw it. And I am needing the money for the emergency. I tried emailing their customer support still the same replies and they can't provide me a contact number for me get a hold of their staff or manager through phone. And same response to resubmit the same docs in their list.

Mr. Bet Casino - Withdrawal delayed
I wanted to share my experience with Mr.Bet Casino because the way they are handling my withdrawal is becoming seriously concerning.

I requested a withdrawal of $4,500 NZD around 70 hours ago. Mr.Bet's website states that withdrawals are processed within up to 48 hours, so we're now well beyond their own advertised timeframe.

I've contacted support multiple times and they've been extremely unhelpful. They won't provide any meaningful explanation for the delay and, despite the withdrawal already exceeding 48 hours, they've refused to escalate it.

What makes this even more frustrating is the verification situation.

Support has told me that my account may need to be verified when they process the withdrawal. That's completely fine - I'm more than happy to provide whatever documents they need.

Because verification apparently has another processing timeframe of up to 48 hours, I've repeatedly asked them to open verification on my account now so I can get it completed while I'm waiting.

They've refused.

So I'm effectively sitting here waiting indefinitely for the withdrawal, knowing they could eventually decide verification is required and potentially add another 48-hour delay - despite me actively trying to complete it in advance.

The whole situation leaves a really bad taste in my mouth. When a casino holds a withdrawal beyond its advertised timeframe, refuses to escalate it, warns that verification might cause another delay, and then won't actually let the customer complete that verification proactively, it's difficult not to question why.

It creates the impression that the withdrawal is being unnecessarily delayed while the money remains within the gambling platform, where there's always the possibility that a customer cancels the withdrawal and gambles it away.

I'm not claiming I can prove that's what Mr.Bet is intentionally doing, but their handling of this withdrawal certainly makes me concerned about it.

At this point it's been 70+ hours for a $4,500 NZD withdrawal that they say should take up to 48 hours, and support seemingly has no interest in resolving or escalating it.

I'll update this post with what happens next, including how long it ultimately takes to receive the money and whether they suddenly request verification after making me wait this long.
