Casino Complaints

Delayed payment

BI am submitting a formal complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal of 350,000 CLP at Mr. Bet Casino.

I requested this withdrawal via bank transfer on Monday, September 21, at 13:08. It is important to highlight that this withdrawal was requested to the exact same bank account that I previously used to deposit funds into the casino, fully complying with standard anti-fraud policies.

According to the casino's support team, the delay is due to a high volume of manual reviews. Furthermore, their support managers (Miria, Lilly, and Arthur) have explicitly confirmed via email and live chat that my account does not require any further identity verification (KYC) at this moment and that there are no errors on my profile.

As instructed by their agents, I have strictly maintained the necessary balance in my account to ensure the transaction can clear without issues. However, the withdrawal has been stuck as "pending" for over a week, well past their standard 48-hour processing window, and I have not received any concrete timeline for the release of my funds.

I request the mediation of this platform to help expedite the processing and approval of my legitimate withdrawal. I have attached screenshots of my conversations with support and their official emails as evidence.

Thank you for your assistance.

am responding to keep this complaint active while we wait for the casino's alleged evidence. I want to highlight three critical points that prove the casino is acting in bad faith and treating a 10-year-old technical oversight as a fraudulent operation:
1. The 'Active Account' Contradiction: In their last message, the casino representative stated: 'your other account remains active and you can continue playing on it'. If the casino genuinely believed I committed severe fraud or posed a security risk, they would close both accounts. Inviting me to keep depositing and playing on an old account proves that this block is not about security; it is a deliberate financial excuse to avoid paying my 350,000 CLP.
2. Inconsistent and False Claims: The casino's support has given me multiple contradictory stories. First, agents told me no KYC was needed. Then they blocked me for clause 5.4. And just last Friday, manager Tiffany sent an email falsely claiming I 'had used the funds'. A casino that changes its story constantly clearly has no reliable data or real evidence against me.
3. No Intent to Defraud: A true multi-account abuser creates accounts simultaneously to exploit bonuses. My old profile has been abandoned for over 10 years. I registered this account in absolute good faith, deposited my own 12,000 CLP, played fairly, and met 100% of the wagering requirements. Forfeiting my legitimate winnings over an inactive, decade-old profile is completely disproportionate and abusive.
I request the mediator to keep this case open and reject the generic excuses from Mr. Bet Casino until they present real, verified evidence to support their contradictory claims."
