Cannot re verify my proof of address

On the 21st of March I tried to make a withdrawal but was asked to re verify my proof of address.

I was previously already verified and had made multiple withdrawals in the past with no problems until now.

I have sent 3 documents of proof of address. My bank statement, Inland revenue documents and also had to request a personal letter be sent directly from my Bank, although this is somehow still not enough proof to verify me and proceed with my withdrawal.

Each time I have submitted documentation I have had to wait 48 hours for them to then tell me I need additional documents to support my verification.

They have also requested for me to resend the same photos of documentation with all 4 corners visible.

I believe that they are stalling me and am very frustrated with this whole process. It is now the 26th of April and still not resolved.

Update, Mr bet has now verified my address with what I have previously sent, now asking for proof of my new card I deposit with and now have been verified and received the cashout.

Hi, I dont have any utility bills in my name already mentioned it to your support team. I sent in a government tax letter which got rejected and last time I tried to send any other document I got "unfortunately there are problems with your documents. Please contact our support team."
I dont understand yous say government letters are accepted but refuse to accept mine and also trying to say the PDF file was a scanned copy even though I've sent a physical copy aswell?

I requested a withdrawal on July 8, 2026.

It simply isn't being processed.

I want to withdraw €600!

After speaking with support, it was confirmed that I have a bank transfer withdrawal pending, but it hasn't been processed due to the high volume of requests.

I've been playing there for a while now and have never had any problems with payouts.

Verification issues and delay of the withdrawal

I have been trying to withdraw a $4000 win for over two weeks now, and I’m getting the run around with verification issues. I keep getting a variety of errors, and they’re just not true. They’re saying my identification is blurry or unreadable, but it’s fine. Then I tried changing the type of id is submitted, and they said the same thing. Then they needed me to submit a document verifying my address. I think I tried 4 or 5 different things with my address written very clearly on them and they’ve all been rejected. I messaged in the chat and sent emails looking for specifics, but I get them same cut and paste answers every time. I’m getting very frustrated and when I googled this, I found lots of people in the same boat. I found a Reddit that said this site would help be an advocate and fight on my behalf, so I appreciate any help I can get.

1 month account verification delay

Around 1 month ago I won 30.000 dkk in mr bet casino and decided to withdraw. I had to verify my account so I started uploading all kind of requested documents. From payslips to residence proof etc. Everything was verified (according to the casino) except the payment method. As I am using a digital card I didn't have a physical copy to take photos of. However I provided screenshot from the bank app, of the card details (which i know other casinos had approved in the past - but not mr bet). They’ve been asking me for a statement from the bank with the card details and my name on it. I have managed to get that statement, but the bank allows only the last 4 digits of the card to be visible for security reasons. I have also provided that.
After a continuous back and fourth with mr bet, they send me a mail stating: send us the receipt of the payment you did on that day, to that merchant etc and you will be verified.
I also did that. Everything they requested on that receipt was provided. However, again suddenly they roll back in requesting a document that simply cannot exist with my bank.
I ask for help to finalise my verification as they seem to want to keep me in an eternal loop without verifying my account.

Verification and withdrawal delay

I requested a withdrawal on Mr.Bet casino on 3.07.2026 and they proceeded to verification process, they asked for my id, liveness check, proof of adress and payment method (in my case skrill).

When I uploaded the identification method via my id card, it got rejected, so i went for passport instead of id card, and it took a bit longer to process, after that they sent me to payment method proof, and as instructed, the screenshot of skrill account with visible account id, e mail, phone number and adress should be enough to verify, and then I got stuck in a loop of resubmission for 9 days like that info is not enough, then i went for online support on their site, and most of the answers were to wait for their department to do their work, and I got no notification that it has passed or not, and by there elaboration, I had to upload a proof of transaction from skrill to their site, as i did, and still got sent back to resubmit, but to send two files at once (my id info on skrill, and my transaction proof) were impossible since they are two different web pages

Please Ask Gamblers help me verify and withdraw my money from this website.

constantly delaying withdrawal

Hi, i've been having trouble receiving my withdrawl from mr.bet on the 21 of june. I keep on receiving the same generic and automatic answers from their chat and by email i'm not getting any respons at all. They advertise that it takes 12 hours to resolve any withdrawl request with diamond statues.

Withdrawal withheld

I have put in a withdrawal request over 96 hours ago with Mr.Bet casino. I have contacted the chat multiple times with no resolution. I keep getting told that they have a high volume of withdrawals which is taking it longer than usual. I have 30 and 100 free spins sitting on my account but I cannot use them until this withdrawal is processed and one is going to expire in 2 days and the other in 4 days. I’m not sure if that’s the reason why they are with holding payment. I would appreciate your help with this matter as I am getting no reasonable explanation. I have attached my last chat conversation that I had with a Mr.Bet chat operator. I thank you in advance for your help in resolving this issue.

Late payment

On June 17 of this year, I requested different withdrawals that total the amount of CLP$12,500,000 by bank transfer. As of the date of this complaint, more than a week has passed without the payment having been processed, which greatly exceeds the maximum period of 72 hours established by the casino.

The important thing is to highlight that I have been in the VIP category for a couple of years; my profile is completely verified, so there is no impediment to identity verification that justifies the delay.

The withdrawal remains in the 'Pending' state without any explanation from the casino, delivering the reason for the delay, so I request a prompt solution to my problem.

Problem with withdrawing funds

Hello. On June 1, I submitted a withdrawal request and then went through a difficult verification process. But when it came to verifying the payment method, things went very badly. First, I sent them a bank statement for the month of May, then I sent a photo of the payment they were interested in, but it didn’t work for them. Finally, I sent them a photo of that payment from my bank’s website with full details of my name, account number, and so on. I consider this a deliberate delay of the payment intended to lure me into losing this money.

I submitted a withdrawal request on 11/05/2026 at Mr.Bet Casino. According to their Terms and Conditions, withdrawals should be processed within 48 hours. However, my withdrawal request is still pending and has not been approved yet.

I have contacted customer support multiple times, but they do not provide any actual information regarding my payment. They only keep sending the same generic template response asking me to wait.

I find this situation very concerning because the casino is not respecting its stated withdrawal processing time, and the lack of communication from support makes the situation even more frustrating.

I would like Mr.Bet Casino to provide a clear explanation about the delay and process my withdrawal as soon as possible.

Unable to get verified and receive withdrawal

I have been trying to verify my identity to process my withdrawal of #40,000 for the past eight weeks but they keep rejecting it saying documents not acceptable or no longer valid. I was asked to upload ID and payment method which was Skrill,and withdrawal method which was my Bank statement. I have done all these but all documents still rejected despite 100 percent valid, it was at some point one support agent told me the payment method have been verified and only identity remains. I have contacted the supports times without number and it seems they are tired because they keep giving me same response "they have transferred my issues to the appropriate department and I should wait". It's been eight weeks and I cannot longer wait because each time it takes 24-48hrs to respond. The ID I uploaded several times was the original national identity card of Nigerian and they keep rejecting it, I even went ahead to upload my national voter's card but still rejected. Please the ID card is the original national ID of Nigeria, I do not have driver license or international passport which is very difficult for me to get and I have explained this to several agents and they said they will rectify. My national ID card is 100 percent valid and I use it for all my identity verification. Please review this careful and process my winnings of #40,000 to my account.
