888 Casino - More than 13 days delay for my $203 withdrawal

Hi,

I have been playing with 888 casino for quite some time. It was my first experience on online casino, and I thought it was really good due to their length of the business and their enterprise being publicly listed on the london stock exchange. I have deposited a ton of money to this casino and just made a one time withdrawal of a small sum of 203 dollars (compared to my losses). I understand that their policy for wire transfer will take 7 to 10 days. However it has been almost 2 weeks now and I have not received my money. This is frustrating as they really took time to reply to their emails. I emailed both their support and the transactions team ( see attached files) but they still replied with empty promises. I just want my money at this point and withdrawing should not be that hard at all. Need your help to expedite this process askgamblers, I still believe that 888casino is a legit site its just their payment methods are way too slow and the support team takes too long to respond.

Hi there,
We apologize for the delay but the issue currently lies with the payment processors and we are doing our best to solve it. Our operations team are still waiting for a response from the processors and have chased them up this morning as it has been over 5 business days since the last update. Just got a reply from them they told me that my bank refused to receive the transfer, I wish to request a reprocess of my withdrawal. Thank you
