I have been playing with 888 casino for quite some time. It was my first experience on online casino, and I thought it was really good due to their length of the business and their enterprise being publicly listed on the london stock exchange. I have deposited a ton of money to this casino and just made a one time withdrawal of a small sum of 203 dollars (compared to my losses). I understand that their policy for wire transfer will take 7 to 10 days. However it has been almost 2 weeks now and I have not received my money. This is frustrating as they really took time to reply to their emails. I emailed both their support and the transactions team ( see attached files) but they still replied with empty promises. I just want my money at this point and withdrawing should not be that hard at all. Need your help to expedite this process askgamblers, I still believe that 888casino is a legit site its just their payment methods are way too slow and the support team takes too long to respond.

The withdrawal was initially requested on 01/04/2018. It had been processed within our processing period but the payment was not completed due to issues on the receiving bank's end. The withdrawal was then delayed, as our Transactions Team had to manually process it again to the same banking details (after receiving member's confirmation).
The withdrawal was finally approved and sent to member's bank account via WireTransfer on 25/04/2018.
