Withdrawal is pending with casino since last 9 days

I opened account with https:­//m­oon­bet­17.com/ (Moonbet casino) on 02nd June 2026 after reading all the review and rating provided by you on this casino.
I always rely on the feedback provided by your expert.
After opening the account on moonbet casino I made total €4100. At the end I was lucky enough to win €6920.
Due to their withdrawal restriction I made my first withdrawal of €2000 which was action by them within 24 hours. Then I proceed and made the 2nd withdrawal request on 03rd June around 7:51AM Irish time.
That withdrawal is still in processing status. I got the mail from VIP manager that she is tracking my withdrawal and looking it personally, but no luck till now.
I am not sure why they have limitation on max withdrawal of €2000 where as they have mentioned no limit. I tried multiple option available for withdrawal but all limited to limit of €2000 which is against their T&C. They should have mentioned in their T&C about limit withdrawal method and only one withdrawal is allowed at a time.
Anyway I proceed with withdrawal of €2000 on 03rd June. Today is day 9 and my withdrawal is till stuck in processing status. They are not providing any timelines or any date and taking me in loop with same response. They have mentioned in their T&C that withdrawal timeline is within 24 hours.
I need your help to get my full winning amount from this casino. Please help me out.
