Missing 600 euros

Hello,

I withdrew 600 euro which got approved the 19th of March 10:11 am. Up to today i have seen 0 euro in my bank. Been in touch with livechat and they, every time, assure me to wait. Because it can take 5 bank days to get the money, but the other times i have got it the day after. And its the same withdraw method, same bank, same account number.

Now its been a total of 8 days (6 bank days) and no money is yet to be seen. I asked livechat to provide bank statement of the money leaving their bank. No such thing has been provided. Only the sentence:

"We apologize for any inconvenience. I already escalated this to payment team, Once they get back to us I will reply to you."

So i start this complaint to find out what's really going on behind the curtains. Have Moicasino done a transfer? Is moicasino liquidity low so they are stalling clients withdrawals? Lets see if Moicasino is legit.

Found more evidence. They are making a habit out of this. Taking advantage of weaker people, which they have noticed a habit of playing much at their site.
Well this time someone is speaking up and wont stop until reimbursement is in place.

And to fill in, that email came 20 minutes after i sent a mail about making a complaint here. So i think they had my money in their possesion all the time. Probably due to low liquidity and with the hope that the stalling would make me play up the money.....

They did me dirty. First of all it was sucessfully withdrawn as u can see in the attached file. Then i get a mail that states " We kindly inform you that your withdawl returend and credited to your gaming account ".

Look at how the customer service even responds? "withdawl returend".

They wait 9 days and then they dont even say what happened? Just return my money to the account? Was the money sent to my bank even? I want a bankstatement where i can see the bank leaving them to my bank.

Last time it took 1 bankday to get my funds. This was done purely for me to play with the money, which i did. I will go to the end of the earth with this matter.

To take advantage of a player like that, stall the funds for 9 days, then without a reasoning, return the funds. Ofcourse they see my history, that i play much on their site. And then takes advantage of it....

Stalling for 9 days, should the next withdraw take another 5 days? that is 14 days. Ofcourse a player with a habit to play alot is going to burn through those funds in seconds.

I demands proof that the money left their bank to mine, or i want a refund of those 600 euro.
