ComeOn Casino and Mobilbet did not give me the bonus as advertised

I have been a player at ComeOn and Mobilbet casino for a long time. The other day i made a deposit and selected a 50% bonus. Something went wrong with their payment system and i did not receive the deposit or bonus on my account. Two days later they credit my account with the deposit value, but not the 50% bonus i selected when i made the deposit. I contacted their support and they said there is nothing they can do about it, the bonus is no longer available. I don't feel this is my problem. If i did not have a bonus available i would not have made a deposit.

Hi ComeOn. Giving me a 50% bonus on my next deposit is not solving the issue. I have already done a deposit where i should have received this bonus of 250 NOK.

As I already mentioned, it's not my fault your payment systems did not work correctly at the time.

The only solution to this issue is by giving me the 250 NOK bonus which is already rightfully mine.

I’ve taken a closer look at your case. I see that once your deposit was credited you actually went to support and talked to them before you had played your funds, however they could not activate the bonus manually for you since it was counted as used already (due to the date change of the bonus). It was technically quite a complicated case for the agents to deal with and it was not meant in any bad way. Anyways, we have extended the new 50% bonus in your account to the end of this week if you still want to take it. Also, there is 250kr in your account. Good luck!
