Missing Wire Transfer
I have played very recently at this casino and overall I have been happy. The no wagering limits is a bonus and typically the customer service has been helpful. I verified my account with no issues and have had fun.
I requested a withdrawal on October 24th and it was processed on October 25th by OJO. My withdrawal requested was processed via wire transfer. I understand the processing can take up to 7 business days - I waited patiently for the funds to appear in my account. On Approximately November 7th I contacted support to report I still had no received the funds to which I was told they would investigate and get back to me. I waited a week and still did not hear back. I contacted them again a week later to ask for an update to which they said they are still Investigating and will get back to me. I was told they requested the tracing number from payments and are waiting for a reply from my bank. I called the bank and asked on their end if they see any pending wire transfers coming in to which they referred me back to the sender of the wire. I again contacted OJO Support and have been told to be patient as they are still investigating. At this point 18 business days ( almost a month in total days) later I still don’t have additional information or the funds... this is very discouraging and disappointing. I have lost a little faith in their process and will reconsider depositing to this casino moving forward.
