Cloudbet Casino - Missing 0.06BTC in my balance after a casino play

As I talked to Roy at the live chat I had a serious issues with Cloudbet casino yesterday just before the maintenance time.

I was with a Texas Holdem session and my last bet, according to Roy, does not show at your history, but when I go in and check the bet is registered in my history, screenshot attached, can provide video also.

As I told to Roy, the 0.03 BTC stake left my account and never come back, neither the 0.03 in winnings. You can check my balance just before the session and see that there are funds missing.

Hope that this come to a solution quick.
