Witdraw not paid and account locked

Dear Askgamblers

I have found that 500€ withdrawal submitted 14th January have not been paid. Also 16th January I found login to my Midarion account have denied because of "account review". 19th January I have contacted them to explain this situation via email but only response I have got from them is they have received my request. I hope you can help me get my funds and account back.

I have received payment from Midarion but problem is my account is still locked. If this complaint is now marked as resolved I would need to make new complaint to re open account and withdraw remaining balance.
