It's not possible to take my balance out

Hey, I played in Metal Casino almost 1 month ago. I won some money and I tried to withdraw money to my bank account but they won't do it. I'll talk in chat but nobody answered. I replied to the email and they asked for my bank account number/Iban and everything else and I send documents to them. After that, they told me that money will arrive in 2-7days. Now it's almost 3 weeks.

Can you guys help me to solve this? I found this casino site on ur site... And I didn't use any bonus code on this site. It was raw money. There are some screenshots where u can see that my deposit was raw money.

Sorry i didint understand now ? I opened that link and it dosnt help me at all ? What prove you need. I played with raw money i didint use any bonus code. I have screenshots that it prove it?
