Account verification issue and proof of deposit

Good evening, on the 25th of December I deposited 30CAD via interact for the Megaslot casino. I started playing and on the 27th of Dec I started account verification. All documents were accepted except what they called proof of deposit, a document where you can read all the deposit information: day, my name, my address, account number (IBAN) and the details of that transaction. I sent a copy of the transfer email, a copy of the bank statement (December), I went to my manager at the bank and when I explained the situation he printed it and sent a document that meets all the requested information, but again the Megaslot Casino replied that it was not possible carry out the verification of the account which, according to them, lacks only this data. I will send all documents sent and denied and I would like to know the reason for being denied and if these documents really cannot be used, send an example document that would be accepted, as I have no more options. We are well aware that the situation is indeed confusing. We have strict rules regarding the verification process, so let's clear them up for you.

You have successfully verified your identity and address, only proof of payment remained. It is desirable that the proof contains as much detail as possible: date and time stamp, deposit amount, reference number, your name, and IBAN on one page. Since some information was missing, we requested as many documents as possible to verify that the bank account belongs to you.

The confusion occurred when we were unable to check everything correctly because the required information was in different documents. As soon as we rejected one of them due to lack of information, it was removed from your side, making it impossible to check all the documents together. After we double-checked your deleted documents along with the ones you currently have uploaded, your bank account has been verified.

So, now all you have to do is confirm the second payment, which was made with a credit card, and upload a selfie with your identity document, where you are holding a paper with the text “Hi MegaSlot” + the current date in your hands. Once this is done and verified, your account will be fully verified, and you will be able to withdraw funds.
