Insanely low withdrawal limit
I am filing a complaint against MegaRich Casino (megarich.com) regarding unfair and misleading withdrawal practices.
I registered, deposited $100, and won $4,500. I have already passed full KYC verification, and my account is confirmed. Despite this, when I attempted to withdraw, the casino informed me I was placed on a payment plan with severe restrictions:
Daily limit: €1,000
Weekly limit: €1,500
Monthly limit: €3,000
This means I cannot withdraw my winnings in a reasonable timeframe.
However, according to the casino’s own Terms & Conditions, Section 6.11 states:
> “You can withdraw up to 10,000 EUR per transaction and up to 50,000 EUR within 30 days. Actual limits may vary depending on the withdrawal method, VIP status, account activity, and other factors that may affect the withdrawal process.”
The limits imposed on me (1,500 EUR weekly / 3,000 EUR monthly) are far below the stated terms and have no justification. This is a clear breach of contract and appears to be an attempt to delay or avoid paying legitimate winnings.
I kindly request AskGamblers’ assistance in ensuring that MegaRich Casino:
1. Processes my withdrawal according to their published terms (up to €10,000 per transaction / €50,000 per month).
2. Provides a valid explanation for why much lower limits were imposed, despite my verified status and compliance with all requirements.
I am prepared to provide all supporting evidence: screenshots of my balance, withdrawal request, KYC approval confirmation, the casino’s email response, and the Terms & Conditions page (Section 6.11).
