Account closed with money in balance


I was playing for a while on this site. After winning the prize in their race, I did not get prize money for 5 days (usually it gets paid in couples day) so I decided to ask about this situation on live chat and got told that they will check it. Next day my account was closed. 

We inform you that your account was closed by the decision of the Administration, according to the rule:7.3. We reserve the right to close your Account at our absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice.

So they just took my balance that was on my account, 500euros race money and almost 1000euros value on my VIP status points(I can exchange it for money). Wrote them a few emails and did not get any response from them.

Please find below the relevant clause from our Bonus Terms:
"Delaying any game round in any game, including free spins features and bonus features, is prohibited. In case of violation, the administration reserves the right to cancel all winnings."
In this case, the player repeatedly delayed bonus rounds and later resumed them during the Gold Fever tournament, which is precisely the type of conduct prohibited under this clause. No real funds were taken from the player - the account balance was zero at the time of closure - and the only consequence was exclusion from the tournament and the forfeiture of promotional rewards, fully in line with the cited Terms.

I feel like I was scammed and for such behavior to Your players You should lose your license for sure. My account was closed after the tournament ended and not to mention VIP rewards I lost. No explanation why this happened. Can this behavior be tolerated I am asking  AskGamblers?

Insanely low withdrawal limits and slow processing of withdrawals
I am filing a complaint against MegaRich Casino (megarich.com) regarding unfair and misleading withdrawal practices.

I registered, deposited $900, and won $12,500. I have already passed full KYC verification, and my account is confirmed. Despite this, when I attempted to withdraw, the casino informed me I was placed on a payment plan with severe restrictions:

Daily limit: €300

Weekly limit: €1000

Monthly limit: €7500??

Right now they are processing maximum 2 withdrawals a week, which actually means that I can only withdraw 600 EUR weekly. The processing of withdrawals takes over a week while the Casino refers to the payments processed within a cue, all though the T&C has this stated under section 6:

"Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are processed within two banking days, though delays may occur due to holidays or extra checks."

This means I cannot withdraw my winnings in a reasonable timeframe.

However, according to the casino’s own Terms & Conditions, Section 6 states:

> “Limits: Withdrawals are subject to limits (e.g., maximum of €10,000 per 24 hours and €50,000 per 30 days, unless agreed otherwise). For winnings over €50,000, payouts may be split into monthly installments."



The limits imposed on me (1000 EUR weekly / 7500 EUR monthly) are far below the stated terms and have no justification. This is a clear breach of contract and appears to be an attempt to delay or avoid paying legitimate winnings.

I kindly request AskGamblers’ assistance in ensuring that MegaRich Casino:

1. Increase my withdrawal limits according to their published terms (up to €10,000 per transaction / €50,000 per month).

2. Processes my withdrawal within 2 days according to their published terms of.

3. Provides a valid explanation for why much lower limits were imposed, despite my verified status and compliance with all requirements.

When I was VIP lvl 1 and Megarich informed me that increase activity and gambling is going to increase my limits, I got confirmed that the limits were as above. When I reached VIP lvl 2 and kept on playing, they informed me that the monthly limit was increased due to reaching a higher VIP level, which was not the case since the limits were the same. Screenshots of communicated limits are available before reaching a higher VIP Status, as the mails from the casino informing me about the higher monthly limit, which wasn't true.

At this point in time I can make withdrawals of 2x weekly of 300 EUR, totalling 600 EUR weekly, not reaching even my weekly limit. The daily and weekly limits doesn't correspond to the monthly limit, which can't be reached.

Reading other complaints on this site, the casino is referring to VIP level and activity for increased withdrawals. Nothing has been increased based on VIP level. In mail correspondence the casino has referred me to making deposits to be able to eventually get higher limits, which wont happen, since I want to withdraw my winnings, not make deposits.

I am prepared to provide all supporting evidence: screenshots of my balance, withdrawal request, KYC approval confirmation, the casino’s email response, and the Terms & Conditions page (Section 6).
