Withdrawal taking ages to reach my bank account while it shows its successful

UNACCEPTABLE WITHDRAWAL DELAY AND UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the way MegaPari is handling my withdrawal. My withdrawal is marked as “Successful” on your platform, yet the funds have still not arrived in my bank account. Meanwhile, your support agents continue to stall, provide no clear explanation, and fail to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
This situation is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of professionalism and transparency. Marking a withdrawal as successful while the money has not reached the recipient’s bank account raises legitimate concerns, and I will not accept vague responses or further unnecessary delays.
I demand an immediate investigation, a clear explanation of where my money is, and verifiable proof of the transaction, including the bank transfer reference number if the payment has genuinely been processed.
If this issue is not resolved as soon as possible, I will escalate the matter by bringing it to the attention of public media and the relevant consumer protection authorities. I am prepared to document and share the entire history of this complaint, including your agents’ responses and the unjustified delays.
