Withdrawal requests always rejected and I cant withdraw my money

Hello,

I have problems with withdrawing my money from Megapari casino. Withdrawal requests keep being rejected without any explanation and I don't know what to do anymore..

I have tried a thousands of times and my withdrawal requests keep being rejected - at first its status is "accepted" and after only couple of minutes, my balance changes back to like it was before I requested to make a withdrawal..

I wrote to them - not only once but a hundred of times and they keep ignoring me or just repeating the same 2 or 3 short senseless states. One hour ago I checked the casino again to give another try and repeat my withdrawal request and I noticed that in the meantime, they deleted (disabled?!) almost all card payments system options and left me only different (and for me useless.. :( ) payment options to withdraw my money..

Heeelp me please.

Finally managed to make a withdrawal!! Thanks to AskGamblers of course! I am really happy I finally made it and withdrawed my money. THANK YOU, ASKGAMBLERS!

Today I almost gave up and I decided to give a last try.. so I decided to make a new deposit 10€, using another card (Visa!) for payment method.. everything went so smoothly - of course, ONLY when you deposit and give them money.. 😡
After that, I played with that money in casino and then tried to make a withdrawal - WITH OTHER PAYMENT METHOD (VISA, NOT MASTERCARD AS BEFORE!).
AND GUESS WHAT?!
OF COURSE... REJECTED AGAIN!!!!!

Withdrawal and verification related issues
Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to submit a formal complaint against Megapari regarding my account verification, which has remained unresolved for more than 15 days. I have 26400 which is stuck in megapari.

My account is currently restricted due to a pending verification, and as a result, I am unable to make any deposits or withdrawals. This has prevented me from accessing and using my account.

Over the past 15+ days, I have made multiple attempts to contact the Megapari support team through email and other available support channels. Unfortunately, I have not received a single response to any of my emails. I have attached copies of the emails I sent as proof of my repeated attempts to seek assistance.

The main issue is that I have never been informed about the verification requirements. Despite repeatedly asking the support team how I can complete the verification process, I have received no guidance regarding which documents or identification are required. I am fully willing to provide any documents necessary to verify my account, but without any response from the operator, I have no way of knowing what is required.

The complete lack of communication from Megapari’s support team has left me unable to resolve this issue despite my continuous efforts.

I kindly request that AskGamblers intervene and assist in resolving this matter by requesting that Megapari:

* Respond to my pending support requests.
* Clearly inform me of the documents and verification requirements for my account.
* Complete my account verification as soon as possible.
* Restore full access to my account so that I can make deposits and withdrawals without further delays.

I sincerely appreciate your assistance and hope that, with your intervention, this issue can be resolved promptly.
