Withdrawal not processing despite meeting all requirements

Hello,

I am facing a persistent issue with withdrawals on Megapari. I have fulfilled all the conditions for withdrawal, including wagering my entire deposit at odds above 1.14 as required. I also used the same method for both deposit and withdrawal, yet my request continues to fail with the same error message every time.

I have attached both a screenshot and a video that clearly show the issue and my attempts to withdraw. Despite several attempts, I have received no resolution from the support team.

Identification documents given and KYC is stalling

Requesting documents that are not really necessary for identification. I have said that I'm not the one paying our utility so my gaming or transaction account is not on our utility bills. But I send it also. I said I can provide any identification that is needed like my license and my passport. And I did. But still they required the things that i don't have. Please help. "I made a deposit of 1000 MAD on May 5th via CIH Bank. My player ID is 1660710575. The funds were successfully debited from my bank, but after 9 days, they have not been credited to my account. 3 days withdrawal delay

I’ve previously withdrawn money from this site and it took 2 days. It took me 3 chat visits. Three days ago I withdrew money again. I still have not received my money. I’ve spoken to chat 10 times and they keep telling me to wait 12-24 hours. I have also given them a call. They keep saying they’ve “highlighted the issue to the finance team”. It’s now over 3 days. I am filing a complaint against Megapari regarding multiple withdrawal issues and generic responses from their customer support.

My account ID is < sent to the casino >. My account is fully verified.

I currently have three withdrawal requests that have not been credited to my bank account, totaling 650 CAD:

April 30, 2026: Withdrawal request No 4786314803 for 200.00 CAD

April 30, 2026: Withdrawal request No 4786569909 for 250.00 CAD

May 1, 2026: Withdrawal request No 4786678053 for 200.00 CAD

I was informed that the two requests from April 30 were "approved", but I have still not received any funds in my bank account. The request from May 1 appears to be blocked or stuck in pending.

Whenever I contact customer support, they do not provide any real explanation or tracking information. They only send generic responses asking me to be patient and wait. I was told to wait until today, but my money is still missing.

I have attached a screenshot of my account management page showing my account ID and the exact transaction numbers, as well as screenshots of my communications with support.

I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and forcing Megapari to process and release my payments immediately.

Withdrawal being delayed no legitimate reason

My withdrawal has been delayed for a few days now without a reasonable explanation.

I keep getting told to wait 12 hours over and over again. They say finance hasn't come up with a solution and to come back in 12 hours. & it's getting really frustrating because it only took a call hours for my past withdrawals to complete, so I really dont understand why this is happening now, and I am not receiving any help whatsoever

Intentionally delaying verification

I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks now to get my account verified with this bookmaker so that I can withdraw my funds. It seems to me this bookmaker is intentionally delaying my verification so that I am unable to withdraw my funds. This process was supposed to take 72 hours but instead it has taken almost 2 weeks and still no solution has been provided to me. Withholding 200888 INR for over 30 days

I am filing this complaint against Megapari for the unjustified delay in account verification and withholding of my funds amounting to ₹200,888.

My account has been under KYC verification for more than 30 days, despite the fact that I have submitted all the requested documents multiple times.

Documents already submitted:

Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, Selfie with ID, iCash deposit proof, Crypto (Trust Wallet) transaction details, Wallet screenshots, Personal profile screenshots

Even after full compliance, Megapari continues to ask for repeated documents, request irrelevant information, and delay verification without any clear reason

At one point, they even asked about my relationship with another person, which has no relevance to my account verification. This raises serious concerns about their verification process.

Main Issues: verification delay exceeding 30 days, continuous and repetitive document requests, no clear explanation or rejection provided

Withdrawal remains blocked despite full compliance

I have confirmed multiple times that I am the sole owner of the account. All deposits were made by me personally

Despite this, Megapari has failed to complete verification or allow withdrawal.

My Request: Immediate completion of KYC, immediate release of my funds ₹200,888, and a clear explanation for this delay

If Megapari fails to resolve this issue, it clearly indicates intentional delay and unfair practice.

I request that AskGamblers intervene and help resolve this matter.
