Withdrawal Failure via iCashOne Voucher on Megapari Despite Successful Deposits
Hello AskGamblers team,
I am a long-time user of Megapari and have never faced major issues until recently. I am now facing repeated withdrawal failures, even after following the instructions provided by Megapari support.
Here’s the sequence of events:
Initially, I deposited funds via AstroPay, which later discontinued operations in India.
After that, I deposited successfully using iCashOne and UPI (twice confirmed, one failed but debited from bank account still no refund).
I tried to withdraw using iCashOne voucher, as advised by Megapari support. However, the withdrawal attempt was rejected without any verification step (like email confirmation or voucher code), which is normally required on first-time withdrawals for iCashOne based on other platforms.
Megapari support keeps asking me to wait for 12–24 hours and try again, but nothing changes.
I have also tried UPI withdrawal after depositing via UPI, but it gives an error saying recommended method is astropay
I have contacted them via Live Chat and Telegram multiple times, but there is no effective resolution.
I was advised to use BillBlend, but that option is not even visible in my account.
I’ve been a loyal player, and the current situation is causing a lot of stress as a large amount of my money is stuck.
I am not asking for anything unreasonable — just the ability to withdraw my funds using valid and verified methods that I’ve deposited through. I hope AskGamblers can intervene and help mediate this with the Megapari team.
