Hello again I am facing same issue withdrawal issue. My recent complaint was closed just few days back only. Again I am facing same issue this time my withdrawal amount not credited my bank account. I am facing this withdrawal problem frequently. Please do something about this issue dear team megapari management. We completely understand that recurring withdrawal issues are incredibly frustrating, and we want to assure you that it is not our intention to cause you any inconvenience. Unfortunately, due to recent events in India, there have been ongoing disruptions, and these may continue for some time. The issue is related to a nationwide strike, technical work in major banks, and changes in fee structures, which have caused some delays. We are unable to influence these external factors. However, the good news is that around 98% of your withdrawals have been processed smoothly, but these occasional failures are causing concern.
On a positive note, we want to highlight that using BinancePay was a great decision, and we highly recommend continuing to use it. This method has never had issues with withdrawals, and the transactions will be processed much faster.
As for the current withdrawal, we’ve reviewed its status, and the transaction is marked as successful on the sender's bank side. We suspect that the funds have become stuck between the banks again, just like last time. We’ll need confirmation from your bank once again, as per the procedure you’ve followed before. Let’s work together one last time: we will reach out to your bank and to the sending bank from our side. If the funds do not reach you while you are requesting confirmation, we will return the funds to your balance, and you can withdraw them using the alternative method, which will be much faster and more comfortable.
• We’ve attached the proof of payment. Please take it, contact your bank, and explain that this transaction has not been credited to your account.
• Ask the bank representative to confirm that this transaction did not arrive, and request their confirmation in writing.
• Once you have the confirmation from your bank, please send it to us along with the current bank statement. You do not need to attach the statement before receiving confirmation, as one alone will not be enough for the investigation. We will definitely need confirmation from your bank representative to proceed with the tracking of the funds.
