Unresponsive security team and refusal to withdraw

I am reaching out to report an issue with Megapari concerning their lack of communication and failure to act after I submitted my verification documents. In April 2025, I provided all required documents to their security team as directed, following a problem with my withdrawal request. Despite my submission, I have received no confirmation, updates, or replies from Megapari. I have sent several follow-up emails, all of which have been ignored. This lack of response is unacceptable and has caused significant concern about my account and funds. I kindly request your assistance in obtaining a response from Megapari, ensuring my documents are processed, and facilitating the completion of my withdrawal.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Megapari Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

The requested e-aadhar document which i have recently provided Megapari casino security team was accepted by all the other major casino websites except Megapari casino and i believe this is totally not fair and i am being mentally harrased by such behaviour after having provided All the correct & original documents to the casino.

There is not a single response from the Megapari security team till now to my registered email and I am 100% sure the security team has not checked my provided documents thoroughly which is original.

The Megapari Casino team have just been playing with my emotions and mentally wasting my time and harrasing me and not wanting to return back my deposited funds.

This is total Fraud by this particular Casino - ( Megapari ) who are not wanting to return my deposited funds by purpose after having provided them with all my original documents which i have used for other major & reputated casino websites aswell.


I am hoping i get back my deposited funds back from Megapari casino through this platform and I can only trust Askgamblers to help me out fairly.

To tell you once again, @Megapari Casino,
I shall continue to raise my complaints here and all other platforms until unless Megapari Casino agrees to returns me back my deposited funds as I am in real need of my funds due to ongoing financial crisis.
I will continue to expose my experience and harrasment i am facing with Megapari casino since the day i made deposit and trusted upon this Fraud casino website.

Withholding 200888 INR for over 30 days

I am filing this complaint against Megapari for the unjustified delay in account verification and withholding of my funds amounting to ₹200,888.

My account has been under KYC verification for more than 30 days, despite the fact that I have submitted all the requested documents multiple times.

Documents already submitted:

Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, Selfie with ID, iCash deposit proof, Crypto (Trust Wallet) transaction details, Wallet screenshots, Personal profile screenshots

Even after full compliance, Megapari continues to ask for repeated documents, request irrelevant information, and delay verification without any clear reason

At one point, they even asked about my relationship with another person, which has no relevance to my account verification. This raises serious concerns about their verification process.

Main Issues: verification delay exceeding 30 days, continuous and repetitive document requests, no clear explanation or rejection provided

Withdrawal remains blocked despite full compliance

I have confirmed multiple times that I am the sole owner of the account. All deposits were made by me personally

Despite this, Megapari has failed to complete verification or allow withdrawal.

My Request: Immediate completion of KYC, immediate release of my funds ₹200,888, and a clear explanation for this delay

If Megapari fails to resolve this issue, it clearly indicates intentional delay and unfair practice.

I request that AskGamblers intervene and help resolve this matter.
