Unable to withdraw funds from Megapari account

Over the past few days I have tried to make multiple requests to withdraw my funds from Megapari.com, each time the request initially says approved, however, after 24 hours it will decline with the message: "You cannot withdraw funds in the amount of 1231.85 NZD (Declined by operator. (Payment processing error))". I have reached out to Megapari support on multip­le o­cca­sions to try and resolve this issue, however, they have been of no help and continue to tell me to wait 24 hours for the "technical issue" to be resolved. Only for the request to get denied once again. Not only this, but when I make the visa withdrawal request, the website gets me to fill out a form with my card details, but not my bank account number, which would be required to make a transaction into my account. I've sent an email to support, including my bank account number so they can make the deposit manually since their withdr­awa­l method is obviously dysfunctional, however, I haven't received a response. I also tried to make a withdrawal via crypto, but conveniently, their website only allows you to withdraw using the same method you used to make a deposit. I've researched online and have found plenty of other people who have had the exact same issue with withdrawing and frustration getting the exact same response to wait another 24 hours from the support team, to me it looks like Megapari is making it as hard as possible for customers to make withdrawals so that they end up gambling it away out of frustration.
