They are making it impossible

I have been using megapari for the better part of month now for sports betting, and i deposited 4 times, and have no issue getting the money in, unsurprisingly, they want to make money. But now that i have won a little bit, they are making it impossible to kyc my account. I sent them my passport pictures on different backgrounds and at different angles. And they asked me to provide a the funding accounts which i have, i sent them my hyperliquid wallet transactions, to show the ethereum i bought and then i sent that ethereum to my trezor wallet. I have a preference to have no-kyc crypto products because there are a ton of scams in crypto and id prefer not to give my information out. Considering the design of these products I cant do much more than send them the transaction history and transactions on chain, which I've done. But they are asking me to provide a personal profile on the site and in the wallet, which is impossible since they are both no-kyc products, they do not have that feature. I am not a software for these companies, I cannot make sweeping changes to the products, and i showed them my transactions honestly.

I am being met with this standard response, "Please pay attention to the requirements of the Security Department, otherwise further actions are impossible."

And from what I'm seeing on ask gamblers and trust pilot right now, it looks like they are attempting to steal from a lot of people all at once. I need your help to rectify the situation.

I have been cooperative but they refuse to help they are just trying to stonewall me. They won't even say which part of their demands im not meeting, which makes it even more difficult for me to do anything in the situation.

I attempted the bitcoin withdrawal because I skimmed the ask gamblers email and didn’t see that you replied 3 times here. But I would like to say I do appreciate your detailed plan. @MegapariCasino

I’m happy to say I received my first withdrawal of 9999 cad in BTC. Since that worked I will continue to repeat the same withdrawal process.

There is still currently 11.3k in my account.

Withdrawal and verification related issues
Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to submit a formal complaint against Megapari regarding my account verification, which has remained unresolved for more than 15 days. I have 26400 which is stuck in megapari.

My account is currently restricted due to a pending verification, and as a result, I am unable to make any deposits or withdrawals. This has prevented me from accessing and using my account.

Over the past 15+ days, I have made multiple attempts to contact the Megapari support team through email and other available support channels. Unfortunately, I have not received a single response to any of my emails. I have attached copies of the emails I sent as proof of my repeated attempts to seek assistance.

The main issue is that I have never been informed about the verification requirements. Despite repeatedly asking the support team how I can complete the verification process, I have received no guidance regarding which documents or identification are required. I am fully willing to provide any documents necessary to verify my account, but without any response from the operator, I have no way of knowing what is required.

The complete lack of communication from Megapari’s support team has left me unable to resolve this issue despite my continuous efforts.

I kindly request that AskGamblers intervene and assist in resolving this matter by requesting that Megapari:

* Respond to my pending support requests.
* Clearly inform me of the documents and verification requirements for my account.
* Complete my account verification as soon as possible.
* Restore full access to my account so that I can make deposits and withdrawals without further delays.

I sincerely appreciate your assistance and hope that, with your intervention, this issue can be resolved promptly.
