Refuse to verify documents that could not place withdrawal

Hello,
January account in Megapari casino and won 151 euro.
Made cash out but I was requested to send documents.

1. Sent asked documents via email what was registered in my payer account ( proof of address and driving license).
Was waiting a week without any response and got weird request to open gmail account and resend documents because for some reason they do not receive anything from hotmail.com.
So I was forced to make gmail.com.

2. Made gmail account and sent again documents.
After that got new request for one more ID. Sent my passport (Attachment - 1q)

3. After that got new request - (You should make a selfie, holding your ID near your face. Also next to you should be the computer (or mobile device) where we can see your inbox messages from security department (this mailing).
Your face, your ID card in the hand and the dialogue with the Security department opened on any device should be fully and clearly seen on the same photo. All data should be clearly visible).

Sent selfie with my passport next to my PC with open email. All perfectly visible. (Attachment - 2q)
Received weird answer - Dear user, unfortunately, the photos that you have sent us cannot be accepted for verification. Please send us the photos of your original document.
In case of giving us the forged documents your account will be blocked according to our Terms and Conditions.

4. Ask them to explain what exactly they do not like in picture they just keep copy/paste.

5. So I sent second selfie - ( selfie with passport and phone with their email shown)
Same answer - Dear user, unfortunately, the photos that you have sent us cannot be accepted for verification.
Photos should not be merged, inverted or otherwise edited with any program.

6. So I made 3rd selfie ( selfie with driving license and phone with their email shown)
And receive same answer. (attachment 5q)

On question what there is edited and where is point me to even edit anything they do not respond and ignore all questions.
Just replay - Dear user, all consulting on the matter of your request was provided earlier in this mail thread.
Please provide us with original files. Photos should not be merged, inverted or otherwise edited with any program.


So at this point I have sent:
1) Driving license (both sides)
2) Passport
3) Proof of address
4) Selfie with passport
5) Selfie with passport and with PC where it shows megapari email request for documents.
6) Selfie with passport and with my phone where it shows megapari email request for documents.
7) Selfie with driving license and with my phone where it shows megapari email request for documents.

Withholding 200888 INR for over 30 days

I am filing this complaint against Megapari for the unjustified delay in account verification and withholding of my funds amounting to ₹200,888.

My account has been under KYC verification for more than 30 days, despite the fact that I have submitted all the requested documents multiple times.

Documents already submitted:

Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, Selfie with ID, iCash deposit proof, Crypto (Trust Wallet) transaction details, Wallet screenshots, Personal profile screenshots

Even after full compliance, Megapari continues to ask for repeated documents, request irrelevant information, and delay verification without any clear reason

At one point, they even asked about my relationship with another person, which has no relevance to my account verification. This raises serious concerns about their verification process.

Main Issues: verification delay exceeding 30 days, continuous and repetitive document requests, no clear explanation or rejection provided

Withdrawal remains blocked despite full compliance

I have confirmed multiple times that I am the sole owner of the account. All deposits were made by me personally

Despite this, Megapari has failed to complete verification or allow withdrawal.

My Request: Immediate completion of KYC, immediate release of my funds ₹200,888, and a clear explanation for this delay

If Megapari fails to resolve this issue, it clearly indicates intentional delay and unfair practice.

I request that AskGamblers intervene and help resolve this matter.
