Not being able to make withdrawal

It's been three days that my deposit in the amount of 100 MAD is delayed.

I provided all the documents and proofs they asked for, even a screen recording from my bank.

Every time I contact their customer support, they tell me to wait 12 hours, and I keep running in the same circle.

This is not the first time I have faced this issue.

I made a deposit of Rs.4500 on 22nd September 2026 and the funds successfully left my bank account, but they didn't get deposited in my megapari account.

I have already contacted them through chat and over phone call and even sent them the screenshot of the transaction.

It's been more than 16 hours and the deposit is still pending and I haven't received proper response from megapari team. The UTR of my transaction is 120045411350.

I'm attaching the screenshot of the transaction too. Kindly have a look into it and deposit my funds into megapari account.

I am filing a formal complaint against Megapari Casino regarding my account (ID: 764583593).

I am a Bronze VIP player with over 870,000 experience points. My cashback feature has been broken for over 9 days. Instead of fixing it, the system reset my timer and added 4 extra days of waiting time (currently showing 04:09:17).

I contacted live support multiple times. Agent "Adam" acknowledged a problem but did not fix it. Agent "Sam" repeatedly sent automated "maintenance" messages and refused to escalate the issue. I requested a withdrawal of 275,000 XOF via Wave Fast on 09/09/2026. On Megapari the status shows APPROVED and the balance was deducted, but I never received anything on my Wave account < phone removed >.

I checked my Wave statement from 09/09 to 15/09/2026 - no credit of 275,000 XOF. Megapari support says "payment was successful" but cannot provide a Wave transaction ID.

I have been taken in circles by support for 19 days now with no end in sight. They have refused to give me a timeline and I fear they'll never pay unless pressure is applied. I submitted my statement as requested

It has been 6 days, and the funds have not been credited to my bank account.

Live chat support continuously gives copy-paste automated responses asking for 12-hour delays without providing a bank UTR/RRN number. I request immediate processing or refund.

My ₹10,000 deposit has been missing since 29 Aug.

The casino keeps asking me to wait, but there has been no progress or resolution. The amount was debited from my bank account, and I have already shared my bank statement as proof.

I am filing a formal complaint against Megapari Casino regarding systematic failure to process withdrawals via M-Pesa for Kenyan players.

My account ID is [1548714277 registered in Kenya under([email protected]]. I have been a verified player with full KYC completed. My issue concerns withdrawal.

The core problem is deceptive payment practices. When I deposit, M-Pesa is always available, instant and working. I have deposited multiple times via M-Pesa Paybill and STK push without any issue, and funds reflect immediately. However, when I attempt to withdraw, there is either no M-Pesa withdrawal option available at all in the Cashier, or on the rare occasions when it appears and I submit a request, it is automatically rejected after a few hours with a generic reason like "payment system unavailable" or "try another method", or remains in pending status indefinitely.

I have contacted live chat and emailed support. I have been told to wait, try later, use cryptocurrency, or use another e-wallet that is not practical in Kenya. This is not acceptable because Megapari actively advertises and accepts M-Pesa for Kenya to take deposits, but does not provide a functional corresponding withdrawal channel. This forces players to keep playing until they lose.

This is not an isolated incident. If you visit Megapari's official Facebook page, the comment section and wall are filled with complaints from players from Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, India, and other countries, all reporting the exact same pattern: deposits work perfectly, withdrawals are rejected, delayed for weeks, or cancelled without valid explanation. This shows a pattern of withholding player funds.

I have attached screenshots showing: 1) M-Pesa available for deposit, 2) No M-Pesa option in withdrawal or rejected status, 3) My M-Pesa statement proving no credit, 4) Chat transcripts.

I request: Immediate release of my KES [121491ksh] via M-Pesa to the same number I used to deposit, or a clear technical explanation with a specific timeline. The current practice violates basic fairness principles where the deposit and withdrawal method should be symmetrical.
