Neverending fake process

Hi,

I start betting on megapari for awhile. My betting had up and down in lose and win. 1day I was lucky and I double my deposit and I ask for withdraw. They limited Max stake and odds as soon as I submit my withdraw request, so betting on such website was not reasonable anymore. They rejected request and ask me to send document to security.

Ok I start sending all ducks. After 3 days they ask for bill. I send that.they just say wait under verification while I need my balance emergency. So after some another days they ask for driving licence which I don't use. I ask them skip this but they do not answer.

No any other email of this company answering or responding. So I search for review and complaint platforms like askgamblers may help. Now I only have deposit amount I just want to withdraw it and run away from betting and such websites.

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.

Please keep in mind that while we could understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is being finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lost the validity of you claim against the operator which led to rejection of the complaint.

And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

after more than 10 days. They dont verify me. They rarly respond lately. As i sent all ducuments they ask.
So i become hopeless.
So i bet the rest careles becuse i was surebthey are scammer..
Becuse all support and security did not responding any of my email during days.
So after 2 hour of loseing all and deleteing app. They suddenly send me email and Repling my emails fastly.
They even told me we give you a promo code if you deposit some.
So funny they only want is deposit and no withdraw.
Theire algorithm of scaming is very smart.
ALL I asking know is all amount i have ever deposit in this website in to my account .
Its about 800-900€
If they refuse i dont step back and i will complaint evrywhere in evry possible way

Withholding 200888 INR for over 30 days

I am filing this complaint against Megapari for the unjustified delay in account verification and withholding of my funds amounting to ₹200,888.

My account has been under KYC verification for more than 30 days, despite the fact that I have submitted all the requested documents multiple times.

Documents already submitted:

Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, Selfie with ID, iCash deposit proof, Crypto (Trust Wallet) transaction details, Wallet screenshots, Personal profile screenshots

Even after full compliance, Megapari continues to ask for repeated documents, request irrelevant information, and delay verification without any clear reason

At one point, they even asked about my relationship with another person, which has no relevance to my account verification. This raises serious concerns about their verification process.

Main Issues: verification delay exceeding 30 days, continuous and repetitive document requests, no clear explanation or rejection provided

Withdrawal remains blocked despite full compliance

I have confirmed multiple times that I am the sole owner of the account. All deposits were made by me personally

Despite this, Megapari has failed to complete verification or allow withdrawal.

My Request: Immediate completion of KYC, immediate release of my funds ₹200,888, and a clear explanation for this delay

If Megapari fails to resolve this issue, it clearly indicates intentional delay and unfair practice.

I request that AskGamblers intervene and help resolve this matter.
