My withdrawal is blocked despite full verification

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am writing to report an issue with my Megapari account (ID: 1182978935) under the name <full name removed>

I have a balance of ₹59,807.62 in my account, but I am unable to place any bets or make withdrawals. I have completed every single verification request made by their security team via email, including:

- PAN card (both sides)

- Aadhaar card in PDF format from the official portal

- Selfie with ID and inbox opened with Megapari security mail

- USDT deposit transaction proof

- Screenshots of personal profile

- Utility bill/bank statement

Despite fulfilling all requests, they keep delaying by asking for new documents one by one, wasting time without confirming anything. Even after days, my withdrawal option is still blocked.

It is clearly visible that they are intentionally delaying the process and using vague responses to avoid payouts. I have attached screenshots and email threads as proof.

I request AskGamblers to help resolve this issue and release my funds.

We would like to inform you that the user's verification was successfully completed on April 17. Following this, access to placing bets was restricted, the user was able to withdraw their remaining balance without any issues.

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to submit a formal complaint against Megapari regarding my account verification, which has remained unresolved for more than 15 days. I have 26400 which is stuck in megapari.

My account is currently restricted due to a pending verification, and as a result, I am unable to make any deposits or withdrawals. This has prevented me from accessing and using my account.

Over the past 15+ days, I have made multiple attempts to contact the Megapari support team through email and other available support channels. Unfortunately, I have not received a single response to any of my emails. I have attached copies of the emails I sent as proof of my repeated attempts to seek assistance.

The main issue is that I have never been informed about the verification requirements. Despite repeatedly asking the support team how I can complete the verification process, I have received no guidance regarding which documents or identification are required. I am fully willing to provide any documents necessary to verify my account, but without any response from the operator, I have no way of knowing what is required.

The complete lack of communication from Megapari’s support team has left me unable to resolve this issue despite my continuous efforts.

I kindly request that AskGamblers intervene and assist in resolving this matter by requesting that Megapari:

* Respond to my pending support requests.
* Clearly inform me of the documents and verification requirements for my account.
* Complete my account verification as soon as possible.
* Restore full access to my account so that I can make deposits and withdrawals without further delays.

I sincerely appreciate your assistance and hope that, with your intervention, this issue can be resolved promptly.

​I am filing a complaint against Megapari regarding multiple withdrawal issues and generic responses from their customer support.

​My account ID is < sent to the casino >. My account is fully verified.

​I currently have three withdrawal requests that have not been credited to my bank account, totaling 650 CAD:

​April 30, 2026: Withdrawal request No 4786314803 for 200.00 CAD

​April 30, 2026: Withdrawal request No 4786569909 for 250.00 CAD

​May 1, 2026: Withdrawal request No 4786678053 for 200.00 CAD

​I was informed that the two requests from April 30 were "approved", but I have still not received any funds in my bank account. The request from May 1 appears to be blocked or stuck in pending.

​Whenever I contact customer support, they do not provide any real explanation or tracking information. They only send generic responses asking me to be patient and wait. I was told to wait until today, but my money is still missing.

​I have attached a screenshot of my account management page showing my account ID and the exact transaction numbers, as well as screenshots of my communications with support.

​I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and forcing Megapari to process and release my payments immediately.
