I want to make a complaint. Almost 1 month and they haven't verified my account. They asked for a document from the government and I downloaded it directly from the government site as they asked and sent it to them, but they don't accept it. They keep voiding the problem because I think they want to stay with my money. I can't let that happen because this is not correct. If they don't solve my problem I will keep exposing them on sports betting fóruns and also on social media. This can't happen to the players and I want to prevent this from happening to others too. Just want my problem solved, as quickly as possible.
