"I made a deposit of 1000 MAD on May 5th via CIH Bank. My player ID is 1660710575. The funds were successfully debited from my bank, but after 9 days, they have not been credited to my account. I have provided all bank statements and proof of payment to the support team, but they keep giving me false promises and conflicting deadlines (24h, then 12h, then another 24h). This is a clear case of stalling. I request the immediate credit of my funds."

Verification prolonged for 12 days with repeated document requests

I am submitting this complaint regarding the prolonged verification process on my MegaPari account.

My verification has been ongoing for approximately 12 days. During this period, I have fully cooperated with every request from MegaPari’s Security Department and have provided all documents and photographs that I am able to provide.

So far, I have submitted:

My national ID card.

A selfie holding my ID while my MegaPari account was open and visible on my computer.

A utility bill and an official document confirming my residential address.

Proof and screenshots of my cryptocurrency transactions.

After this, I was asked to take another selfie holding my ID while my email correspondence with MegaPari’s support/security team was open and visible on my computer. I also provided this photograph exactly as requested.

The main issue is the way the verification process is being handled. Almost every request takes approximately 72 hours to receive a response. After waiting for this period, instead of the verification being completed, I am repeatedly asked for another document, another photograph, or another form of verification, and a new waiting period begins.

I fully understand the need for KYC and security checks, and I have not refused any reasonable verification request. However, after providing proof of my identity, address, account ownership, email access and cryptocurrency transactions, I do not believe it is reasonable for the process to continue indefinitely through new document requests every three days.

This verification process has now lasted approximately 12 days and has involved multiple different forms of identity and account verification.

I am asking MegaPari to either complete the verification of my account or clearly state all remaining requirements at once, instead of adding new requirements after each 72-hour waiting period.

I can provide screenshots of the emails, document requests, timestamps and correspondence with the Security Department as evidence of the entire verification timeline.

I would appreciate AskGamblers’ assistance in resolving this matter.

Deposit delayed for 3 days

It's been three days that my deposit in the amount of 100 MAD is delayed.

I provided all the documents and proofs they asked for, even a screen recording from my bank.

Every time I contact their customer support, they tell me to wait 12 hours, and I keep running in the same circle.

This is not the first time I have faced this issue.

Deposit of 4500 INR not credited in megapari

I made a deposit of Rs.4500 on 22nd September 2026 and the funds successfully left my bank account, but they didn't get deposited in my megapari account.

I have already contacted them through chat and over phone call and even sent them the screenshot of the transaction.

It's been more than 16 hours and the deposit is still pending and I haven't received proper response from megapari team. The UTR of my transaction is 120045411350.

I'm attaching the screenshot of the transaction too. Kindly have a look into it and deposit my funds into megapari account.

I am submitting a complaint against Megapari regarding an unpaid withdrawal that has been pending for approximately from two months.

I requested a withdrawal from my Megapari account two months ago. Since then, Megapari has repeatedly required verification and additional documents from me.

Despite providing everything requested and waiting for two months, my withdrawal has still not been paid and my funds remain unavailable.

Cashback Timer Reset and Refusal

I am filing a formal complaint against Megapari Casino regarding my account (ID: 764583593).

I am a Bronze VIP player with over 870,000 experience points. My cashback feature has been broken for over 9 days. Instead of fixing it, the system reset my timer and added 4 extra days of waiting time (currently showing 04:09:17).

I contacted live support multiple times. Agent "Adam" acknowledged a problem but did not fix it. Agent "Sam" repeatedly sent automated "maintenance" messages and refused to escalate the issue. When I insisted on speaking to a Supervisor, Sam replied that my continued writing will not change anything.

I have screenshots of all conversations and the timer issue as proof.

I demand:

An immediate manual reset of my cashback timer.
Immediate credit of my full accumulated cashback amount (which I estimate to be approximately $500 based on my Bronze 6% cashback rate) to my account.
An apology for the delay and unprofessional support.
