I am filing this complaint against Megapari regarding an intentional delay in my KYC verification. I have provided all requested documents, including utility bills and ID, but the security department keeps sending me automated 'please wait' responses since February 16th.
My account ID is < sent to the casino >. I have a significant balance and I believe these delays are a tactic to prevent me from withdrawing my winnings. I have documented every exchange and the proof of my balance. I request the immediate validation of my account.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Megapari Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
Following the review conducted by our Security Department, we would like to clearly state the exact rule that was breached.
According to the Megapari Terms & Conditions, Section “Account Registration”:
“Each customer is allowed to open only one account. In case multiple accounts are detected, the Company reserves the right to close all such accounts and void any balances or winnings associated with them.”
In accordance with this rule, the account was closed.
This decision was not arbitrary and was made strictly under the applicable Terms & Conditions.
